Good afternoon! I want to write not a review about the hotel itself, but about the management, and you, dear readers, draw your own conclusions! I booked in April 2014 two weeks of vacation in this hotel for August! I must say right away that I live in Donetsk and whoever reads the news knows that we have a real war! So, after the ATO began in Svyatogorsk, I called the hotel (May) and asked for a refund! They told me that they would return it and told me to wait until the banks start working! I am a normal person, and, of course, I said that I would wait as long as necessary! And then Svyatogorsk was liberated, the banks started working, but the ATO started in Donetsk and I was forced to leave with my family! And for two months now I have been calling every week and asking for my money back, and the management either answers that you can come and relax (knowing full well that this is impossible), or hide from me : -) So I think: the war will end, but how will these people sleep, knowing that they are profiting from someone else's misfortune! ? And as for the hotel, it may even be good, but I know for sure that neither I nor my friends will come to where the vultures live...
