We arrived at the hotel for the 3rd time, after a three-year break, with great memories of the previous vacation, we were greeted wonderfully at the reception, the room was updated during this time and that was all the pleasant ended. The menu has changed, the service in the restaurant is not for the better, but it could be experienced before Christmas, then the most unpleasant thing began, the site is painted beautifully: festivities, national color, etc. , in fact they said at the last moment there would be nothing, there were few people, maybe on the 7th there will be 20 minutes of caroling, and then that’s it, we drove with memories of happy holidays, live music, etc. , imagine a recreation center in the field, where on January 6 at 7 pm without warning everyone (including and SPA) closes!!! ! Christmas is gorgeous, just awful !!!!
The staff has changed almost all, new employees no longer create a feeling of comfort, as before. Another good thing, warm pools, a wonderful steam room, but exactly before the arrival of the pioneer camp, about which no one warned either and did not inform on the site. Spa employees do not react at all to the behavior of vacationers (mostly those who come on a day pass), to the amount of alcohol consumed (just a lot of drunks, the smell is in the steam rooms), to children in a jacuzzi on circles and in armlets (what kind of relaxation can we talk about), to food in the recreation area from bags, the number of vacationers is not regulated, in general, some kind of public baths with a children's bias.
Until this time, both we and our parents went to this complex, advised our friends, we simply did not expect such disappointment and ruined holidays.
