We rested at this base from October 27 to October 31.2017 (2 adults and 2 children). On the 4th day it became cold in the room (+16 degrees during the day, and 11 - at night). To which we were told that the boiler had broken down, but by the evening everything would be repaired. In the end, no one fixed anything. Nobody called us, nobody explained anything. Nobody brought us extra blankets or a heater. We slept in jeans and sweaters. The children are dead. Could not get through to the administrator, most likely they picked up the phone. They didn't even move us to another house. But money from vacationers is beaten to the fullest, firewood is sold raw. Billiards is generally skewed. The only positive is the normal breakfast. There is also construction going on in the area. We do not recommend this establishment! !! !
