Every year in August, on the penultimate week of the month, the great Sorochinsky Fair takes place. This colorful spectacle really attracts a huge number of people from different parts of not only Ukraine, but also other countries. The main event takes place on an incredibly huge market square, where you can see and buy goods from any corner of Ukraine. To be honest, for the whole day we did not even manage to completely bypass the entire fair. In addition to artisans who offer to buy handmade goods, many Ukrainian enterprises presented their products. A large selection of embroidered shirts, pottery, toys, handmade cosmetics that just ran your eyes. Of course there are many emotions. But there are also a lot of negative aspects here. First of all, getting there is quite problematic by public transport. This trip will be enjoyable if you only drive your own car. Parking is paid even on the outskirts of the village, and the cost of parking is considerable, although no one monitors the transport there anyway. A lot of people come to the fair, but at least there are simply no elementary shops and you have to spend the whole day on your feet. You can only sit in the cafe. Now everything is becoming paid, and many people simply do not want to give their money for no reason. . And we didn’t see much color, because everything is built only on business, and even the performances of the stars who came to the fairs this year were paid. So when I first came to the Sorochinsky fair, on the one hand, I was carried away by new impressions and emotions, but then I was disappointed in the lack of basic amenities and obscene attitude towards visitors. So once you can go to the Fairs, but the second time you certainly don’t want to visit it. .
