Day 13 we started with a trip to the small homeland of the legendary writer Vasyl Symonenko, near the village of Biivtsi. It is here that the hut in which he was born and spent his youth is located.
If you want to see where Symonenko lived, you should agree in advance, here are the contacts: Vasyl Symonenko House-Museum, the museum is maintained by Lydia Ivanivna, her phone number is +380.5. 52.5962. the museum wanted to leave a donation
Then we went to the school where Symonenko studied, to the village of Tarandyntsi, where his museum is located.
A literary prize named after him is also awarded here.
What's cool is that you can listen to his real voice (! ), The recordings were kindly shared by his friends.
Admission is free, contact person - Svitlana Borysivna, +38.95 17.5620.
Then our tour of the villages of Lubny region took us to Kalaydenka. In Kalaydentsy we first visited the unique village school named after Major General FD Rubtsov.
This is a modern educational training in which it is comfortable to study, work, rest.
The main task set by the teaching staff is to give the child a quality and comprehensive education, to increase goodness, love and inspiration in it.
Until recently, the school building, which was home to many teachers and graduates, was outdated.
But thanks to the determination of the current school principal SI
Mysnyk, his competence, experience, perseverance, and most importantly love for children, December 19.2001 in the center of the village living room opened its doors to children beauty school, which is recognized as one of the best in the area.
I asked the principal what motivates him so much to start school? To which he recalled his promise - to make a normal European school for students, and keeping his word. Moreover, Serhiy Ivanovych created a museum of the history of the village on his own on the territory of the school.
I am extremely impressed with this person's determination. He padded many thresholds, and people fed him as much as possible? But he says he is trying not for himself, but for the children.
We also had the opportunity to leave a review in the guest book of honorary guests, on the first page of which left his feedback LM Kuchma!
Here are the contacts, if you want to visit the museum for the second time: Bipa Hryhorivna Mysnyk +38.66 62.8170
After school we went to a master class on making chips from the folk master Natalia Halych. I could not resist and bought a sheet, there we were fed, as always in Poltava region, to our heart's content.
Afterwards we had an excursion "Main Liben shtetle Lubny" City streets - hesed "Shahar" Acquaintance with the Jewish Lubny of the late XIX - early XX centuries: with the history, traditions, cuisine of the Jewish people. A tour of the NGO "Ancestors" and the Jewish Center was organized.
Then we went for tea. We were amazed by the old Jewish film, told about our project, talked to the local Jewish community.
Afterwards we had an evening tour of the building of the former Lubny Women's Diocesan School. Here we met real ghosts.
In general, I want to say that the girls here spend an evening tour in the basement, with ghosts, candles and all sorts of mysterious romance. If you are interested, contact: +38.66 46.9607 - Tatiana, +38.50 90.3864 - Valentina.
Here we have buried the travel certificate! When we returned home, our coordinators organized a mini-party at the Safronov estate. After saying goodbye, we went to watch colorful dreams and prepare for a trip to the city of Che))
