Thank you, beautiful southern city, for always making me happy. For the fact that at any time of the year, you give a fresh breath of sea air, giving strength to move on.
Thank you for your beautiful station, which looks friendly even at night. Thank you for the famous courtyards and beautiful boulevards. Thank you for the plane trees along the ideal streets, for the ornate architecture, in which, it seems, all possible architectural styles are collected. Thank you for the rides on horseback, vintage tourist cars and long, long rides on your own legs, from which you don’t feel them after. For the fact that you can walk for a long, long time and always see the sea. For your port, which amazes with its power and causes some kind of awe and admiration. For beautiful liners at the sea station. For cheerful and witty people who are found everywhere - they will make delicious coffee, feed you with an original dinner, confidently tell you how to get lost in your streets, although it is almost impossible, they will bargain to the last, and as a result they will still take even more than initially they said, but they will give you an inexhaustible charge of good mood. Thank you for the domes of your temples, for the aristocracy of palaces and estates, for the originality of the bas-reliefs, for the fact that the city is full of details. Thank you for the bridges, for the griffins, for the statues and sculptures. For the Opera, theaters and squares. Thank you for the orchestra in the City Garden and the lovely dancers. For gorgeous beaches and original restaurants. For monuments, funny notes on the walls, for contemporary art. . . For your azure, warm, endless, affectionate, long-awaited, windy sea. . . Be, don't change, but be good. We love you very much!
