In July 2021 we had a wedding at the Grande Pettine restaurant.
We booked a place and started preparing 6 months before the wedding. During this time, we talked with the administrator Natalia, at each meeting she wrote down all our wishes and requests, promising that they would all be taken into account, we also kept in touch by phone and communicated via viber.

Why we chose this particular place - location by the sea, beautiful territory, large capacity of guests (150 on the veranda), the possibility of holding an outdoor ceremony by the sea, and also, which was very important, a large number of parking spaces for our guests (we agreed that they would allocate 50 places)

2 days before the wedding, by prior arrangement, we brought drinks to the restaurant, and the administrator Natalia, with whom we had all the questions, told her over the phone at the moment that she was not in place, and that her partner Evgeny would meet us.

- they promised that a freezer would be allocated for a cake that weighed 28 kg, but in the end, when it was brought a couple of hours before the wedding, they said that the camera was too small, they had to put the cake in the room under the air conditioner, hoping that it would not spoil;
- there were not enough textile napkins for the entire number of guests, although the restaurant knew perfectly well that we had 150 guests, and assured that there was enough for everyone;
- additional waiters were specially ordered (for each table) so that the service of guests was prompt, and also so that drinks in bright packages did not stand on the tables, spoiling the aesthetic appearance and covering the live floristry, as a result, when the tables were laid, the drinks were put on tables;
- during the evening there was a poor banquet service, the waiters were not near the tables, the guests served themselves;
- the serving of dishes was delayed, hot meat and cake were served at the same time, although the timing of the evening and the sequence of serving dishes were agreed in advance and the administrator knew about it;
- in addition to everything, the waiters had an untidy appearance, which immediately caught the eye of the guests.
