I got poisoned in the restaurant of this hotel on August 27, at night I was taken by ambulance to the infectious diseases hospital in Odessa. A few days later I realized that I needed treatment and needed to return home. I turned to the hotel manager Tatyana with a request to return the money for 6 days. After conferring with the management at 3 pm on August 30, Tatyana reported that she had received confirmation of the return of money to me. And we went to buy tickets for the evening train. We bought tickets, at 19:00 they specified when and how to get the money, we were told that you would come in before leaving. When at 21:30 we went down for the money, we were told that they had changed their minds and would not return the money to us in accordance with the clause of the contract. Then we drew attention to the shortcomings in the contract: an error in the date of eviction, the header of the contract was not filled out, there was no signature and seal of the organization. They said the contract was invalid. It did not bring any effect and we called the police. The point is to work. Also, during our dispute, the administrator Elena repeated several times that after my poisoning, the sanitary and epidemiological station (SES) called them and said that I needed to be quarantined and treated in the room.
