We opted for Nikolaevka because of the sea, beaches, silence. Pelican was chosen because they accept guests with dogs. We read the reviews and almost changed our minds, but then decided to go anyway. In place, everything was not so bad. Yes, the furniture in the rooms is tired, there are questions about the quality of their cleaning, I was confused by the size of the bed for a double bed (the bed, by the way, is new, the towels are also normal). But this is compensated by a large clean area, immersed in flowers, a beautiful beach near the base (the beach from the Chernomorka restaurant, clean, equipped with free sun loungers, awnings) by the Chernomorka restaurant itself, in which they dined every evening with fresh fish and seafood. There is a swimming pool at the base, its cleanliness is carefully monitored.
As a plus, I consider the opportunity to eat in the dining room on the territory of the base of your choice. We took only lunch - delicious home cooking. The staff is very friendly and ready to help: cook, waitress, cleaner, security. Administrator Elizaveta on the phone answered all even the most stupid questions. Special thanks to the wonderful administrator Tatyana, she promptly responded to questions that arose (in particular, about bedding and cleaning). I would like to wish the owners of the base to create a more attractive place of work for her and the guests, otherwise the “reception” room is a separate issue. In general, we are ready to return here again, as vacationers at this base have been doing for more than a year. We wish Pelican to develop and move only forward!
