Dear vacationers! Terrible resort!
We planned to go with a child of 4 years old, booked in advance, but then what happened was just awful.
Having traveled a long way (almost 600 km), having arrived at the place, the room was not ready, and after cleaning it looked like a “blunder” (spread dirt on the floor, the floor itself was wet like on the deck (and why, we arrived at the sea) , a terrible rag at the threshold with someone's hair, a semi-wet bed).
The dining room (the building and place of eating) is dirty, dusty, full of flies, like... you know where. Food is a nightmare! Children are not allowed to eat at all!
The staff is rude and not willing to help. Tatyana must be an administrator, I thought, but along the way, she is just a woman who has been asked to watch the gate. She was betrayed by unprofessional work, when solving issues she always used "call a friend", apparently not knowing what to do or how to solve the problem.
