But this is compensated by a large clean area, immersed in flowers, a beautiful beach near the base (the beach from the Chernomorka restaurant, clean, equipped with free sun loungers, awnings) by the Chernomorka restaurant itself, in which they dined every evening with fresh fish and seafood. There is a swimming pool at the base, its cleanliness is carefully monitored.
As a plus, I consider the opportunity to eat in the dining room on the territory of the base of your choice. We took only lunch - delicious home cooking. The staff is very friendly and ready to help: cook, waitress, cleaner, security. Administrator Elizaveta on the phone answered all even the most stupid questions. Special thanks to the wonderful administrator Tatyana, she promptly responded to questions that arose (in particular, about bedding and cleaning). She was betrayed by unprofessional work, when solving issues she always used "call a friend", apparently not knowing what to do or how to solve the problem.
For the "person in touch", the decision maker, I generally keep quiet. It's just a champion of ignore! If you need to contact Olga Petrovna (she is in Odessa, if anything, which is very convenient), then do not rejoice. Your problem remains only with you, and no one cares about you. Other than taking your money. And if you suddenly become indignant, and say that you don’t like something, then you will quickly be answered: “If you don’t like it, don’t use it. ” This is despite the fact that alternatives during the holiday season look for something else to do, I mean that everything is booked, and it’s not always possible to quickly resolve the issue of moving.

The toilet and shower on the street are in a terrible state, you can’t go there with children, they can fail. The area has not seen cleaning for a long time. Parking? This is loudly said, cars are parked right next to the houses in the grass. We arrived at this base for four hours, and went to look for another place to live. We got the impression that we were in an abandoned place that was once beautiful and well maintained. Do not believe the pictures, the Pelican is terrible. Fortunately, we were lucky and we found decent housing for the same money a hundred meters further from the sea.

As it turned out, the room was booked by the owner Olga Petrovna.
Took a junior suite with an extra bed for 4 people: two adults and 2 children (5 years and 9 months). Price for 1 day 1150 UAH without food. The price is quite high. More precisely, it is too high for this level of hotel, because it has many disadvantages.
Clean only after you remind. We cleaned for the first time on the 4th day with the words: what do you want to wipe the floor?
The toilet was washed after a separate reminder on the 5th day of rest, toilet paper was also brought after the reminder.
Although the owner said on the phone that they have to clean every day ...But the workers are in no hurry to do so.
For 3 beds gave 1 normal blanket in a duvet cover and 2 blankets of dubious freshness with sheets. The administrator refused to replace them with blankets, and after the call the owner found at least duvets.
The windows have a mosquito net, but the windows themselves do not open for ventilation, only completely.
Each room has a balcony with a plastic table and 2 chairs, as well as a clothes dryer.

The chef often smokes, not only on the street, but allows himself to enter the kitchen with a cigarette.

The owner said by phone that firewood for the barbecue is included in the room rate, but when they asked the workers for firewood, they heard: "pay half a penny, we will not stab you for free" (
