To begin with, before arriving directly at the place, I was ready for the fact that I would come to a la the 80s of the union, etc. The survivors of the huge sanatorium "Svitanok" did not surprise me and at first everything did not look so sad... I will deviate a little from the description, saying that do not expect understanding from the administration, even after the reward (((The division of vouchers also turned out to be a problematic issue , here you probably shouldn’t be offended, but nevertheless, in other sanatoriums, this practice is quite real and painless. The only thing is that there are no complaints about ordinary employees - canteen workers, sisters in the building, nurses, they are trying to maintain what they have to work with, in due level.
The maximum indignation is caused by the fact that in 2011 "Svitanok" was packed with visitors-vacationers up to the neck, all the buildings are overcrowded, half of the vacationers are mothers with children on the same vouchers. There are NO conditions for normal living there ! ! Especially for children. If all the disadvantages are not yet so noticeable to adults, then when you are traveling with a child, all the errors directly break out and catch your eye... It’s a shame that the administration doesn’t care, sorry for the expression...
I traveled with my 4-year-old daughter, there were also employees from work with me, also with children - 6 and 8 years old. We lived in the 4th building, it is considered the warmest, but on the 4th floor in the corner room, it was not hot.

Procedures. All except ECG and microclysters were in other buildings. The dining room is also in a separate building. Therefore, all we did was dress and undress in wardrobes (which are terribly cold) and run between the hydropathic, pump room and buildings, reading the sanitary-resort book so as not to miss something. I’ll tell you that it’s not very pleasant after warming up in physical education or in the shower, bath, to get dressed quickly, because in five minutes the child needs to go to the procedure, where to sit and cool down... Nobody takes into account that the mother arrived with the child, that the procedures must be written somehow together or at least put the time next to it (((Don’t even dream about leaving the child somewhere - there’s nowhere! True, they opened a children’s room in the 2nd building, but ! ! opening hours: from 10 to 14. In this time, as a rule, all procedures are completed, i. e. it makes no sense, and lunch is at 13.30. But for show and report, there is a children's room! I will clarify that during our stay in the sanatorium there were 92 children living there!!! ! so many, not only that there are no normal conditions for them, there is not even a provision with pediatricians and a proper children's menu... not to mention school and entertainment. And most importantly, all this is hushed up and everyone is happy with it (((
The apogee of our trip was a terrible incident, which is described below. Let's start with safety in general. She got lost somewhere in the Soviet Union. Elementary illumination of the territory of the sanatorium, paths near it, cleaning of fallen leaves - this is missing. Children in the evenings gathered in the lobby of the sanatorium, ran, played games, watched cartoons together on laptops, they had fun and this was the only place where they could get together. But who would have known that in this hall there are objects that are deadly dangerous for them, which no one comes to mind to clean and secure. As a result, an iron grate, which was separating the corridor and which weighed about 50 kg, fell on the children, NOT ATTACHED in any way. My child had 8 stitches on the head.
The most shocking thing in this situation is that the nurse on duty outside, the doctor who came 10 minutes later, seeing the bleeding girl and screaming mother, snapped in response blaming everyone in a row at that time and did not call an ambulance until the last moment... Responsibility apparently afraid... of course !! ! after all, they have such gratings on each floor, and not one of them is attached even with a screw, they are propped up by fire extinguishers.
Yes, the children played near her, yes, maybe they hurt her, but they are children !!! ! If you give bribes and snatch a tender from "Prolisk" for the reception of mothers with children, then be prepared for the fact that children are naughty, run, fall, yell, want to play and learn, in addition to just lying on old worn-out beds in cold rooms. And if you can’t provide this, then at least stay human and speak honestly and truthfully about what awaits vacationers!

My review can be perceived in different ways... I write rather subjectively, but I hope it will be useful to many! The only thing I will say is that if you are going to Svitanok without children, then you will have a good rest, since you are still going to Morshyn, and this is a great place for recovery and relaxation from work and bustle, whatever one may say.
