Elementary illumination of the territory of the sanatorium, paths near it, cleaning of fallen leaves - this is missing. Children in the evenings gathered in the lobby of the sanatorium, ran, played games, watched cartoons together on laptops, they had fun and this was the only place where they could get together. But who would have known that in this hall there are objects that are deadly dangerous for them, which no one comes to mind to clean and secure. As a result, an iron grate, which was separating the corridor and which weighed about 50 kg, fell on the children, NOT ATTACHED in any way. My child had 8 stitches on the head.
The most shocking thing in this situation is that the nurse on duty outside, the doctor who came 10 minutes later, seeing the bleeding girl and screaming mother, snapped in response blaming everyone in a row at that time and did not call an ambulance until the last moment... Responsibility apparently afraid... of course !! ! after all, they have such gratings on each floor, and not one of them is attached even with a screw, they are propped up by fire extinguishers.

The only thing that pleased us in the dining room was the waiter YAROSLAVA serving us (attentive, pleasant, sympathetic woman). Regarding the procedures, upon arrival, the doctor prescribed one procedure (shower and drinking water), after 3 days the doctor changed with us and I demanded a couple more procedures from another doctor, after another 3 days another doctor was appointed and he also added procedures to me. In general, people, demand all the procedures that are included in your treatment, go and eat every day, otherwise you will only drink water and go to the shower. I didn't offer money to doctors because I don't think it's necessary. They gave us a normal room, we can live, we lived on the 4th floor, in the 4th building. The water is hot until 11 pm, the elevator also worked until 11 pm. There were constantly hot radiators in the room, they cleaned it every day. the beds are not new, but the mattresses are new, the bed is clean, pillows, blanket - everything is class!!! ! In general, you need to go only from the social. fear, when you don’t feel sorry for the money, but for the full price you need to go to another sanatorium !! !
