We rested in Raduzhny on the 20th of May 2018. We rested not the first time (already the 5th time). There are of course some shortcomings, but overall I like it. The fact that money disappeared from the sanatorium made us leave ((. We lived in the new building No. 2. There were sooooo few people at that time, we were practically alone on the floor. and only once, when I was at the procedure and my husband was also going to go to the baths (in the same building! ), he left the wallet on the windowsill, because he decided that the room was already no one else will come, because the cleaning was already done. Our couple was very well known and understood that we almost always go as a couple and that at that time there was no one in the room. Moreover, not the entire wallet was stolen, but 500.200, and 100 dollars, so that it doesn't immediately catch the eye. Very professional, I would say. We acted humanely towards the sanatorium and did not call the police, but decided to notify the director about this, We did this not for the purpose of compensating for the damage that you can’t prove), but in order to take a closer look at the staff and prevent keep such cases in the future. Instead, distrust of us was “read” on the face of the director, like we are blackmailers. He did not take any special actions himself, but arranged a “show” for us, sending maids and an older hostess to our room, who tearfully argued that they did not take. Did he expect someone to confess to something??? ? Why do we need to listen to all this? Maybe not them, maybe the one who also has access to the keys, or someone gave this key, and he (a) stood (a) “on the lookout” (we saw someone who was standing at the window and saw and our number and how we left for the procedures). And it’s not even about this, but about it !!!! , the elder sister-hostess at least apologized, and the director didn’t even apologize until our departure, and his facial expression read like “the fool himself” to the end.
We are already adults (55 and 65 years old), both of us still work in good positions, provided for, it is enough for us to rent not only a room...., and there is no need to just create this situation (as the staff most likely reacted to this). Also, we are not spenders and do not drink, so we could be accused of spending them somewhere ourselves or putting them away and do not remember anything.
It is unfortunate that with all the positive moments, the mood was spoiled and, first of all, by the attitude of the director.
Now for the comfort itself:
Positive: the building is in a good location, the room is normal, there is a kettle, glasses (although cups would be better). The food is generally good and plentiful. Many procedures are in the building, which is convenient, the staff is polite. Wi-fi is.
Negative: Food - a lot of pork, which is not dietary, I would like to have more choice of chicken, turkey. Fewer dough dishes, replace with something more useful. There are no shelves in the bathroom! (what the problem is to do it is not clear), you will put all your creams, lotions, etc. , personal hygiene items on the floor, or on the windowsill in the room. Sockets are also not very rational, you will walk with extension cords throughout the room. There is no lamp (night lamp) near (or above) the bed. There is no hair dryer in the room, you need to ask for it to be given (if you have time, because they are not enough for all rooms, as they said: whoever got up first gets slippers). The refrigerator is very noisy, take earplugs, or turn it off at night. Safes - (as already noted) no.
Tips: To prevent such situations, you only need 2 things: 1). put cameras in the corridors and it will be visible who and how many times entered the room. 2) individual safes.
This is not sky-high money, but you will save your reputation and not ruin the rest of decent people.

Food: they cook delicious, high-quality products, not a strict diet. But if you are counting on a restaurant option, you will be disappointed, without chic.
Treatment: exactly recovery. Manual and underwater massage; pearl baths with aromatic oils; physical room; inhalation; injections.
All this please. But for all other procedures obtained in the mud and the hydropathic, as well as the spa clinic, you will have to pay extra.
Conclusion: if you have serious problems, get treated in a hospital or in the large specialized sanatoriums available here.
Now about the number: not a European standard, but very worthy. There is a kettle, microwave, set of dishes, iron, hair dryer, TV, safe. And what is important - everything is fine! And wi-fi is of course available.
About the territory: not big. There is a tennis court, its own beach, but it has not yet been opened. For children there is a small playground, the territory is fenced and guarded. Own parking.
This is my private and honest opinion. You decide.

CLEANING WOMAN - if you do not like your job, STAY OUT, do not spoil the mood and opinion of the RAINBOW boarding house for vacationers! The next day after our arrival, a team armed with vacuum cleaners knocked and did not wait until we open the door, broke in with the question "when to clean up"? Sorry, but we still didn’t have time to litter !!! ! And in general, in every room there is a sign with a double-sided inscription "do not disturb" - "clean up" And I have the right to hang it out whenever I want, even in the evening and they We MUST get out! At first we thought it was their ghost! BUT!! ! There was no end to our indignation. Of course, they burst in with the same question "when to clean up? " every day, we, in accordance with this, began to hang a sign from 9 to 12.00 "do not disturb" (because in the morning we had procedures after which we wanted to rest and at 12 we went out with the child for a walk) But they also had to quickly clean up and slip home, since the sanatorium at this time of the year is not so crowded with vacationers like in the season! Once again we went outside at 12 o'clock and hung up the "clean" sign, when we returned our sign on the door was turned over to the other side, with the inscription "do not disturb". And of course, no one cleaned the room !! ! THIS IS THIS WAY THE TEAM OF WOMEN CLEANING WOMAN REVENGE THE VACATION AT THE RAINBOW BOARDING HOUSE! We turned to the administrator, to which she replied that the sign did not hang like that, although she saw when we went for a walk! and did not expect to hear! Nevertheless, they removed it from us. BUT!! ! The next morning, a cleaning lady bursts in with the same question.... !!!! We were in complete shock!!! And if at that moment we were naked or something else!!! Just a mockery!!! And finally, three days before our departure, they changed our bed. The sheet that they PUSHED (no other words can be found), they haven’t been laid in second-class carriages for a long time !! ! It was yellow - dirty - faded in color and definitely not the right size for a double bed! The bed is the face of any establishment! Please, special attention of the Owner, Elite boarding house "Raduzhny" to control these moments and change or conduct a training conversation with the cleaning staff!
