The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. On the territory there is a bicycle rental and a small beach - you can sunbathe in the sun. It would be nice to sit on the river bank with a book in your hands, which can be found on the shelves of the library right in the lobby of the villa. There is also a swimming pool with a sauna and a home theater with Internet access - films for every taste are provided! one). The water in the shower stinks horribly of sewerage and has VERY little pressure;
2). LUXURY CLASS rooms (long time in need of repair): the bed is cracking (not comfortable to sleep) - this also applies to the STANDARD rooms, the lighting is bad, the pool is TERRIBLY CHLORINED AND COLD, the sauna is open until 20.00 (in the profile it was said that it works until 23.00),
3). HOTEL DIRECTLY NEAR THE ROAD (which is very inconvenient AND DANGEROUS for children!!!
But my daughter liked the waitress girls and at that time (September-October-November 2017) the toy room.
AND THEREFORE WE COME THERE (we live in Kyiv ourselves, but rested at a dacha in the Poltava region and therefore chose Mirgorod to change the situation) more than 12 times (and each of which is from 2 to 3 days). And my daughter wanted to go to Otte for her birthday (she has it in July 2018).
AND WE went, BUT HOW WE WERE DISAPPOINTED AND GRATED (to put it mildly) this time, judge for yourself:
one). We arrived at my daughter’s birthday in a festive mood (daughter is all joyful), it was hot (July 12.2018) and we decided to change clothes and go to THEIR (OTTE) BEACH, and it all started from that.......
2). No one warned us that you can’t swim there (that you can only fish and feed ducks there), since there, near the shore, you can CUT your legs INTO SHELLS, WHICH JUST STICK FROM THE WATER AND THEM "like stars in the sky", darkness -dark, then a little deeper than HUGE SIZE PIECES OF CONCRETE (obviously they forgot to remove construction debris), algae all around (although they could have cleaned it, it's not so difficult), - THANK God my child was in special shoes for swimming (otherwise like I would cut the legs)...
3). Instead of providing at least elementary assistance (to help get out of the water and offer Zelenka), a MAN on their (OTTE) beach (at that time I didn’t know how to address him, what was his name, he DID NOT SAY AND no one has badges at all), THIS MAN STARTED SCREAMING AT ME, OFFENDING ME in the presence of a child (let's say go here, look for a beach where you want, what are you stuck here..... and I'll paraphrase the words of this "man" so as not to say all that "garbage and dirt" that was "poured" on me and my child.... ;
4). At my request to remove the algae (so that the child could swim, as it was hot, and I simply physically could not go to the Mirgorod Sanatorium to the beach (because I cut my legs there on their beach), the same "man" began to simply wave a rake in front of his nose and mother me for what the light is only worth............ NIGHTMARE!
5) I took the child and just ran away from this NEURO-SOCIOPATIC BAD.
6). What the administrator later found out, she told me that THIS "man with a rake" is THEIR OWNER OF THE VILLA !!!!!!!
I JUST WAS at a loss that the owner of such a "calm place to relax" (as they position themselves) would be such a boss who allows himself to be rude to a WOMAN IN THE PRESENCE OF A SMALL CHILD AND STILL REGULAR CUSTOMERS, and even no one apologized in the end.....

green. Cost up to UAH 10
Cook for a long time. The child ate soup and waited for 15 minutes for the second course.
It is impossible to order a glass of wine, only a bottle. The cost is UAH 850, while such a bottle of wine in the store costs UAH 250 (Kindzmarauli).

Liked everything. I really liked the individual approach, they settled us, they showed us everything, compliments from the hotel were waiting for us in the room. Excellent cuisine, big hot breakfasts, we tried a lot from the menu, I really liked the grilled fish, many types of meat, especially pleased with the children's menu.

I would do it simply - a modest buffet in the morning, and for lunch and dinner every day change a well-thought-out and balanced complex (more or less dietary, cooked in some kind of steam convector).
Now the hotel has 6 options for complex dietary meals, 6 regular options and 6 for children (18 !!! , you can break your head). But they are all very strangely combined. True, you can order from the menu, combining it yourself.
When asked about soup with meatballs, whether it was cooked in meatball broth or meatballs were cooked separately and then added to the soup, the waiters could not answer, although this soup has been served to guests for a year now. For people on a diet, this is important to know, meat broth is not very healthy.
Also in the menu of the restaurant there is, but in real life there were no duck, sea bass and dorado. Sad. . . (((
