And the most interesting procedures:
1) pearl baths with bischofite just take off, you lie hot water gurgles, the girls are constantly asking how health (if someone can not hot water, they make it colder)
2) SVV baths (dry bath) you are foamed in a cellophane bag tied around his throat and run there carbon dioxide with air all this inflates and you lie like in a barrel (advice immediately ask the doctor at the appointment of 20 minutes just to lie down and all the same delicious will be absorbed into the skin, because the first 10 minutes and then add a minute (unless prescribed by a doctor).
3) salt room you lie well resting relax music playing (I read a book), some snored, generally good
4) underwater shower - you need to try it very much
5) psychotherapeutic procedures - it's necessary expressive did not answer but the norm was once prescribed, so it is necessary.
6) Darsonval I liked it el. The discharge is small, usually through a comb on the hair.
7) massage is just a waste, so that 35 Natalia Ivanivna is such a smart girl, I advise everyone (I have a cervical collar, but it works almost all over my back).
I am grateful for the rest to all who served my room, to the girls in the dining room, to all the doctors on the procedures. Everyone is very attentive and cultured.

To the nearest store - 7 minutes. To the mini market - 25 minutes. To "Silpo" - 50 minutes. There is a place to take a walk.
About the sanatorium. On the first floor there is a pump room with water. You feel the effect literally in a day - more often you go to the toilet (cleaning).
By the way, the tap water is very soft. The body is nice, and the hair in general is great!
There are 2 elevators.
Numbers. If you go on vouchers from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, that is cheap, then in principle - not bad. And if objectively, the best rooms - 1st and 2nd floor. At least the windows are plastic. But for some reason they do not offer to settle there. We lived on the 4th floor (407 rooms). Paid for junior suite (the best room at the time). This is a separate 2-bedroom.
apartment - a small corridor with a refrigerator, of which 3 doors (1-toilet with sink, 2-bath with sink, 3 - room), living room (sofa, sideboard with dishes, table, 2 chairs, TV, air conditioning), bedroom 2 beds with bedside tables, wardrobe, smooth board with iron, kettle). Both rooms have access to the balcony. Heated normally. At the temperature on the street + 1 / -7 in the room was somewhere 22-23. The room is cleaned every day except weekends.
Minus. Soviet repair. Plumbing is old. The tile is awful. The furniture is old. Towels are bad (do not absorb).
Dining room. Fed on average. If you have something to compare with, you may not like it. In principle, it is delicious and the portions are quite large. But the menu is custom-made (apparently). And more often than not, they bring something else, as if you were just filling out a questionnaire, not a menu. Juice is given at noon, but it is poured into your glass at the entrance to the dining room. It would be better to give with you in small packages. The same goes for kefir for dinner.
And yet, if you go and have to skip meals, you will not be given any rations.
Procedures. The doctors are very nice. Immediately offer a maximum of free. I advise everyone to take a bath. The pearl is just super. 10 min bliss! Massage is a class in general! Neglected Ivan Ivanovich - a real pro! The herbal bar has herbal teas and an oxygen cocktail.
So, in order: our train arrived at Mirgorod station at 23-55. Andrey, a taxi driver, immediately took patronage over us and took us to the MRC “Mirgorod MVD” for 30 UAH, while promising to deliver us back to the station for 25 UAH upon departure. We arrived at the MRC at the beginning of the first night. The night attendant kindly escorted us to the nurse who kindly settled us. And from the next morning, our resort and health-improving life began:
1) Room (standard): old furniture, pale linen of tired colors, still Soviet plumbing. The tile is also Soviet. But the room is warm, clean, cleaned regularly, linen is fresh, plumbing works smoothly, there are no problems with hot water. There is a TV and a refrigerator. Not five stars, but reasonable price. In general, you understand that in Soviet times the sanatorium shocked with its magnificence. Since then, little has changed. You should not strive for the first numbers (301.401, 501.601), because they are located directly above the canopy of the entrance to the building and all conversations on the threshold of the building are very well audible. During the day, back and forth, but when at five in the morning a cooking team gathers on the doorstep and everyone is lively, loud and laughing, discussing some topic - it’s... annoying, or something...
2) Nutrition: high-quality sanatorium feeding. Everything is dietary. The menu is ordered for the day after tomorrow. On January 15.2011, there was a sweetest woman on the shift (such a white one), who put us on allowance, took us and sat us down at a table. Pork is missing. Fish, beef, liver. In short - fed, as for slaughter.
3) Treatment: assigned to the attending physician. The doctor ordered tests, examinations and procedures. All directions were brought to the room. The husband came under increased attention due to high blood pressure. Until the pressure was normalized, they did not calm down. And then only painted treatment and procedures. Procedures, as elsewhere, are both paid and free. All medical staff are friendly and welcoming. One got the impression that it was for you to carry out this procedure qualitatively - their sacred duty, and if they did not fulfill it, they would not sleep at night. As a patient, I cannot but rejoice at such an attitude. Another interesting detail: somehow they work so harmoniously - nowhere in the queue did you have to wait more than three minutes. Even if the procedures are every twenty minutes - all the same, you have time everywhere. The only thing you need to be careful about is that it is much colder on the second and third floors of the clinic than on the first (where there is a bathroom). Especially, it's cold on the stairs. Therefore, if after the bath you need to go to the second floor, it is better to take the elevator. And dress warmly too. I recommend physical therapy to all women. Dmitry instructor. And warm up, and stretch, and recharge. Masseuse Yunak Irina. In appearance - a schoolgirl came to work with her mother. Actually a petite, young-looking woman. Massage does point by point. And although she did not make great efforts, after the sessions her back stopped hurting, her wings grew straight. It is very important that the pump room is located in the premises of the sanatorium, i. e. You can drink water, take treatment and go to the dining room without going outside.
4) Free time: for 10-30 UAH you can play tennis, billiards, ski sleds. You can sing karaoke, go to the movies, dance. You can just take a walk. A very beautiful area. There is a restaurant "Khutorok". Personal advice: bring sunglasses. It's full of snow, the white color is blinding, and if it's also sunny, your eyes scream "GUARD! " . At the entrance to the dining room is a "tour bureau". The sweetest woman Nina will offer any excursion. Give yourself into her hands boldly - you will not regret it. She works in tandem with the driver Nikolai Petrovich. Go to the stud farm - take apples, feed the horses bread.
I think it's time to take stock: I got the impression that the management of the departmental sanatorium, overcoming insufficient funding, is trying to save on every little thing, thanks to which it keeps treatment and nutrition at the level. As far as possible, he tries to cope on his own. Thanks to this, everywhere it is felt that the sanatorium is taken care of. The rest turned out to be a solid "FIVE". If there are tickets - of course we will come again.
P. S. A few days after returning home, my husband had appendicitis, and complicated. Such an attack can grab anyone and at any moment. So, I was struck by how quickly he recovered after the operation: after 8 hours he began to walk, after 12 hours he ate, after 4 days he went home. No severe pain. The stitch heals great. I survived this extreme just as easily: a couple of sleepless nights, care, work - and no breakdown. There was a clear sense of energy. I declare with all responsibility - this is all only thanks to the stay at the MRC "MIRGOROD" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Many thanks to all the staff in general and to each one separately!! !
