We have stayed at the hotel more than once, the last time was a deluxe room. Were extremely disappointed with the service. There was no toilet paper in the suite. I tried to find it in the lockers - and found an unopened condom pack. For the luxury category, this is generally unacceptable. Attempts to call the reception were unsuccessful, constant short beeps, coming from 4! ! floors go for paper to the administrator. The jacuzzi in the room did not work, which no one warned about, although, as it turned out, everyone was aware. And we took the room because of the jacuzzi. To all our questions, the administration just shrugged. But the most unpleasant thing happened when I tried to leave a review on the hotel website - my comment was simply deleted without even bothering to answer. All evidence of unprofessionalism on the face.
