The jacuzzi in the room did not work, which no one warned about, although, as it turned out, everyone was aware. And we took the room because of the jacuzzi. To all our questions, the administration just shrugged. But the most unpleasant thing happened when I tried to leave a review on the hotel website - my comment was simply deleted without even bothering to answer. All evidence of unprofessionalism on the face.

The waiter came and it started, it’s not there, we won’t cook it, order something simpler, for example, cutting (they also made an order for New Year’s Eve). I could not stand it anymore and was indignant that I would not have gone so far for cutting. The next day, new surprises began. We went to the city, returned and we are told at the reception that today you have not paid, only New Year's Eve has been paid. Have you figured out how? That's how. . . stupidly unpaid. Allegedly, the amount that we transferred is only for one night. In general, it turned out that we were charged twice as much as they stated the price when booking. Now it became clear why the account did not pass. Naturally, we could not prove anything without an account. I had to pay extra. Here is such a business in Lviv. Speaking of room. There was an unpleasant sickening smell in the bathroom, jets in the jacuzzi stink. Entrance doors to the rooms without thresholds, the gap is cm 2. Therefore, cigarette smoke is drawn into the room (smoking in the corridors and in the hall). Because of this, there was a feeling that the room was full of bulls. And the ventilation did not help, because when the window was opened, the smog was even more drawn in by a draft. The deluxe room is large, but stupid, there is almost nothing from the furniture. All in all, they ruined our holiday.

On the morning of May 8th we arrived at the place. The hotel, of course, impressed! Gorgeous renovation, very nice rooms! A minibus to Lviv runs past the hotel, which is very convenient. A taxi to Lviv costs 60 UAH on average. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have breakfast. Also on the territory there are Roman and Russian baths, a tennis court. Of the pluses, this is probably all...
Now the cons. During the days of our stay in Lviv, it was raining, the air temperature was about 16-18, as a result, the room was damp. Having discovered the air conditioner, we decided to use it in order to slightly increase the air temperature and dry the room, but we did not succeed. We didn't find the remote! We turned to the reception, but we were told that it was forbidden to use the air conditioner! I would have understood if I asked for it in winter (at sub-zero temperatures), but in spring, at an air temperature of 16-18!! ! What problems?? ? And then they also told us that they also didn’t have batteries for the remotes! (By the way, remotes from the TV and the receiver are also issued at the reception desk))). As a result, waking up in the morning and putting on damp clothes, shaking from the cold, we left for Lviv to warm up in some cafe where it’s warm! Arriving at the hotel in the evening, we once again asked for a remote control for the air conditioner, but again we heard everything the same as the day before. About 40 minutes after our appeal, they knocked on the door and nevertheless gave us a remote control, but we still couldn’t use the air conditioner... It just didn’t turn on... Therefore, we slept dressed...
Another unpleasant moment: when booking a room, we were told that they have hair dryers and, if necessary, they will give it to us. Naturally, I did not take mine, which I regretted. On the evening of our arrival, we booked a Roman steam room at the hotel. Naturally, after her visit, the hair was wet. We went to the reception desk to ask for a hair dryer and... left with nothing... All the hair dryers were taken apart! And we slept in a damp room with wet heads, which made our sleep very "pleasant"!
Once again, the renovation of the hotel is very high quality and beautiful! It's clear that you've spent a lot of money! And I just don’t understand how it can be that there are not enough hair dryers ?? ? And why write that the rooms have air conditioning, if they can not be used???
It was these small details that greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel. And if you still decide to go there, then only in good weather and with your hair dryer! Then the rest will not overshadow anything! And you will get great pleasure from your stay in "Svyatoslav"!
P. S. Lviv is a very beautiful city! There are many places that you should definitely visit! And if you still doubt whether to go there or not - choose the first one! You will not regret!
