A chic hotel. The staff seems to be well-trained, accustomed to order. Polite and courteous. The setting is royal. The conditions are excellent (the only drawback is that in room 44 the water drain is clogged, the water went down very slowly, and no request was made, I think that if we said it, then it would certainly be eliminated). Throughout the hotel, meeting the staff - you get a smile and respect. Nice. The breakfast is amazing. Everything is provided and delicious. If I'm in Lviv, I'll only go to Irena! If they don't raise prices : )
