Celebrated a wedding in Altamira. At first, everything was fine: discounts were given on the gazebo (which should be free if there are more than 50 guests), and hotel rooms, and breakfast was taken into account and everything was so great.
In fact, the waiters paid little attention to the guests (we decided not to spoil the holiday and did not quarrel with anyone), at the end of the evening, as it turned out, we had to pay for the wedding room for the newlyweds, but only 50% (although we were promised free) ...after welding we were given money in the morning!
As for the rest of the rooms - we were told that there will be discounts (as it turned out later the discount of 8 rooms was about 70 UAH, although we did not take cheap rooms), breakfast was said to be ...it turned out CHEATED here too (((( ((((

On the second day, in the morning, our guests in the hall made an order for more than UAH 3.000. , because we were not given breakfast, the guests wanted to eat and began to solve the problem themselves.
Then we asked for a gazebo (before the wedding, when ordering the menu, we were told that it will be a gift when there are more than 50 guests, we asked if it can be used on the second day, the administrator Victoria said it is possible (this answer was heard 6 man) !!!!! ) to have breakfast there, we were not given it, they said that a person 100 UAH. , later became UAH 50. they could not figure out what the amount should be, who went about a long road for about 12 years (you knew that our guests are not local, that they are from different cities of Ukraine) We are 40 minutes. , and even less had to find food for guests to have a snack! ! ! !!
Accordingly, everyone was unpleasantly surprised and upset.
we wanted to talk to the director (who was hiding in the institution at the time and did not come out to us), so no one came to us, except the administrator Victoria and the security guard (it's very funny). In such an institution, hide behind the administrator and security guard ! ! ! ! !!
In response to all our questions, and we had a lot of them ...we were told that we had badly damaged Victoria's nerves, she was stressed ...and we gathered all the guests WITH GREAT PLEASURE LEFT ALTAMIR (sorry, only, that the guests had such a situation ...very uncomfortable for them) !!!! ! ! ! !!
There were not 48 guests, as they say, but 55 (although it was paid as for 58 guests). And in my opinion, no matter how many guests in your restaurant or hotel, you should first be treated with respect, and if you promised something or offered your service, please do it, not "lead guests by the nose", first said one thing , then something else, wanted to do the third, in their own way! ! ! ! ! !!
You should do your best to make your clients mention Altamira and its employees only on the good side and recommend you to others ! ! ! ! !!
I can't and don't want to recommend you to my acquaintances, friends and relatives ...in principle, they saw and heard everything ! ! ! ! !!
