What we saw here, we did not meet even in the most lousy hostels. The rooms have shabby furniture, a creaky bed, outdated plumbing in the bathroom. The TV did not work well, it was dirty, the stench was terrible, everything stinked. The staff does not respond to comments. I won’t say anything about food, we ate ourselves, we were afraid for our health. Complete unsanitary conditions. There are yellow spots and holes on the bed, horror, there are no antiseptics. Very dissatisfied with this sanatorium. We from Nikopol thought we would rest for 10 days without explosions. We booked a room 3 months in advance, in 3-4 days I found out if it was possible to check in a day earlier, everything was agreed. We arrived and the surprises began, the room that was booked was occupied, the previous residents said they decided to extend it for another 5 days. They put us in a worse room, they said that in 5 days we can move to what we ordered. After 5 days, only at 1:00 p.m. they checked in (although check-in was from 8:00 a.m.), the difference in price was not returned, which is 600 hryvnias for a minute. Most of the procedures are every other day, the food is not hungry, but the diet is poor. Don't set foot in this sanatorium anymore, besides the lower back, the nerves need to be treated.
Дуже не задоволена цим санаторієм. Ми з Нікополя думали, що відпочинемо днів 10 без вибухів. Бронювали номер за 3 місяці, за 3 -4 дні дізналася чи можна заїхати на день раніше, все погодила. Приїхали і почалися сюрпризи, номер те, що бронювали зайнятий, говорять попередні мешканці вирішили продовжити ще на 5 днів. Поселили в номер гірше, сказали, що через 5 днів можемо переселитися на те, що ми замовляли. Через 5 днів, тільки о 13 годині заселилися (хоча заселення з 8 години ранку), різницю у вартості не повернули, а це на хвилиночку 600 грн. Більшість процедур через день, їжа - начебто не голодний, але раціон скудноват. Більше не ногою в цей санаторій, окрім попереку треба і нерви лікувати.
