We rented the whole house, all 8 rooms, so the administration left us alone))
There are 4 types of breakfast options. Pancakes and cheesecakes are the most delicious, scrambled eggs for a C grade. Brewed tea for breakfast, natural coffee! In general, the hotel is good.

We arrived in Kremenchug on a business trip. Booked 2 rooms the day before arrival. We stayed for one day (they demanded to pay money from us immediately, despite the fact that we were in a hurry to meet and asked to pay in the evening) and that same evening they confirmed our desire to stay for another day, since the rooms were free.

In the morning we went on our own business... At about 11 o'clock in the afternoon they called us and set a categorical condition - to pay for the rooms immediately (reset their bank card data so that they themselves could pay for the accommodation, as the hostess said, if we cannot pay on our own right now) or our two numbers will be given to someone else. And this is despite the personal belongings left in the rooms !!! ! On my remark that within 2 hours we will arrive and pay - we were categorically refused !!! ! An hour later we arrived at the hotel - it turned out that the rooms had already been rented out to others, our things were thrown in a heap under the stairs in the common corridor !!!!
Of the small jambs that are present (in addition, so that you understand what you are going for):
1. Breakfast is included in the price, but it's better not to take it - all the dishes are VERY poorly washed. . .
2. The dog behind the fence is big and barks very loudly - all the time...
3. "Guarded parking" - just a platform outside in front of a fence on the street...
4. Allergy sufferers - it is generally forbidden to go there - 4 cats that go everywhere both inside the hotel and in the gazebo where breakfast is served to you...
5. The TV does not work in one of the rooms - they said "pull the outlet behind the bed, something is coming off there". . .
6. There is no cheap curtain in the bathroom - you need to take a shower either while sitting in the bathroom, or the water will even fly into the room... In one of the rooms there was no attachment for a watering can on the wall, although again without a curtain you still need to use one hand always keep this same watering can
7. Towels and bed linen do not dry out - it stinks and stinks very strongly of mold... Really very strong... I have to take one of the decorative pillows from the sofa, because there is no strength to sniff a stinking pillow all night...

What we saw here, we did not meet even in the most lousy hostels. The rooms have shabby furniture, a creaky bed, outdated plumbing in the bathroom. The TV did not work well, it was dirty, the stench was terrible, everything stinked. The staff does not respond to comments. At home. The room is not small, not big, but very cozy and clean. The hotel was quiet, rested like at home and with new forces to work. Thanks to the staff for super care. We had a very cool dinner in the gazebo : ) I would also like a curtain in the shower and bathrobes)

We were met by an administrator with a worried face and told that they do not have rooms and can not strengthen us.

The owners called - in short, the hotel administration knew in advance throughout the day on the 12th that we would come and settle us somewhere. Of course, no one even tried to warn us about it. Funds from tikets. ua they came, they got them - but nowhere to settle. And the owner apologized that she usually confirms the reservation through tikets.

Then we were asked at our own expense to stay at the Hotel Pantagruel. Assuring that tikets. ua will return the money - everything will be approx. Promised a transfer (this is the only thing that can be noted). After considering the situation, my wife and I decided to go not to another hotel - but to go to the bus station to get to the city of Dnipro (there was no desire to spend money again and stay in another hotel).
Well, then the apogee of history - we turned to the caliper tikets. ua who contacted this hotel. They (the hotel administration) refused to return the money - citing the fact that at the time of check-in the room was irrelevant for us and we decided to go to the bus station (!!!!!! ).
I haven't met such a scoundrel at the market level for a long time - although I travel around Ukraine quite often. So much so that the entrepreneur must be willing to drown for 800 UAH.

Before ordering this hotel, I suggest everyone else to think three times - where and how to scare or abandon you, because as history has shown above - for free 800 UAH. ready to drown.

Home atmosphere, service at the highest level, cleanliness, order, beautiful interior, helpful staff. My wife and I liked it, nice big bed! Compared to other hotels, you can't hear your neighbors! The shower does not have a curtain and the shower head sprays water heavily. Pretty cold in the room, too early for heating, but the remote from the air conditioner could be left for heating.
