We had a junior suite, everything coincided with the picture on the site, quite spacious, plasma, shower, air conditioning, the problem was with Wi-Fi, our room a little weak signal and until 11 pm outdoor water park at night you can almost sleep. The territory of the base is large, there are gazebos, swings, tennis table, billiards, barbecue, you can fry tools at the base, to the sea 2 minutes.

Impressions are generally good. We arrived in the morning, but since the room was free, we settled in immediately. Our room was economy class, so nothing extra, everything matched the description on the site, nothing was broken. The boarding house is very friendly, open staff. There is a large beautiful area with gazebos, benches, shade.

I really liked the food in the dining room, we took lunches, the portions are large, tasty, quite varied, for dessert every day ice cream or fruit : ) Only it's hot in the dining room.
There is a medical center, which is very good, especially if you are with children. And bring all your medicines with you, the prices in Koblev's pharmacies are going through the roof.
The junior suite with air conditioning corresponds to the photo and description on the website, but the junior suite sounds ridiculous, the atmosphere is poor, Soviet, there was no declared hot water until we went to "sort it out", but the mattresses turned out to be comfortable.
The biggest drawback is too loud music from the neighboring water park all day, in the evening from the cafe, and at night - idiots on cycle rickshaws with music. Not saved even a closed balcony. Keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper.
Much better in ethnic houses. The atmosphere is pleasant, cool, the music is almost inaudible, there are practically no complaints, except for the price and the lack of curtains on the windows, I don’t like it when they look into the windows, and the outdoor lamps shine in my eyes. It's inexpensive, hang curtains on such small windows; )

Rested in a "standard" room, very dirty, the room looks very poor and scary. As soon as we arrived, there was a lot of sand on the mattress, a lot of saws on the fan. I did not like that the shower works on a strict schedule, it was rare to come across hot water, mostly cold water. The shower also looks very scary and dirty.

I liked the fact that the building is located close to the sea, the area is more or less landscaped, with gazebos, rocking chair, barbecue. Still, these things did not correct the spoiled impression of all the above. I do not recommend going to this base.

We were not asked for an advance payment (perhaps because we arrived at the beginning of the holiday season). We arrived around 11 am. They settled right away. The food was quite varied. The only thing I really missed was a table on the balcony : ) By the way, the weather in June during our stay was excellent - both hot and warm water. This year we will also go in June - although, to be honest, a solid (and incomprehensibly justified) price increase for 2017, to put it mildly, surprised.

It's good that you took your multicooker with you. Towels are almost full of holes, originally from the USSR. The sofa and chair are just awful, very dirty and wobbly. By the way, tulle hangs on the windows, and in the evening, when the lights are on, everyone can see what you are doing. Of course, there are pluses: hot water, air conditioning, satellite, Internet, the base is very well maintained and not very noisy, although everything is nearby: the market and the supermarket. Guys, but this house doesn’t cost UAH 1000, maximum 700. And this is not only our opinion, but also of other inhabitants of such houses
