They settled immediately upon arrival, even before 10.00, and were evicted later than expected without surcharges. We stayed in room 9 on the second floor.

Family vacation in August. I liked everything very much. Many thanks to the staff of the complex "Edem" for the comfort and coziness during the rest. Settled quickly, immediately sent for lunch in the dining room at the neighboring base "Neptune". There, too, the staff is responsive and polite, the waiters work like bees.

All are friendly and smiling. Anna, the manager, responded to all our requests. Anna, thank you for your concern! From "Eden" to the sea for about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace, it did not bother us at all, but there is no this thumping music and snooping night tourists. Silence, only crickets ring! There were a lot of mosquitoes though. But there was even a fumigator in the room. Wi-Fi in the room is rather weak, my son ran closer to the administration in the gazebo in the internet to sit. In general, the holiday was a success! Would love to go there again!

The base is simply amazing in its beauty. Territory surrounded by greenery, fountains, gazebos, playground. Within walking distance of the sea, two water parks, a dolphinarium, attractions, a market, cafes, clubs. Comfortable rooms: refrigerator, iron, shower, toilet, TV, air conditioning, internet.

The territory is guarded around the clock. The staff is very polite. The room had all the conditions and all the necessary accessories, even the raptor was with records. The territory is very beautiful + there is a kitchen where you can cook and two microwave ovens. All dishes are there. Water from a well right on the territory that you can drink.

Organization of recreation by the administration of the base "Edem" is excellent. Starting from the fact that the rooms have everything you need for a temporary stay (air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle, iron, ironing board, coat hanger, set of dishes, "raptor", shower gel shampoos, broom, dustpan, mop, basin), in front of the entrance to the rooms on the street there are individual dryers for clothes and towels, it is possible to wash things in a washing machine, a protected area (I was calm for my child when he played on the playground in the evenings) and ending with helpful staff who instantly responded to the smallest needs.

Truly a heavenly place. The sea is nearby, behind the houses there is an estuary with wild ducks and a water bike. And what a beautiful landscape design on the territory of the base, like in a fairy tale, houses made of natural wood, silence, one heavenly delight. You are greeted as friends by the administrator and attentive staff.

Balcony on the second floor and a loggia on the first. In the room (the rooms are small somewhere up to 15 sq. m. , but ideal for a family - double bed + single bed)) TV, refrigerator, air conditioning summer-winter , dishes, kettle, iron (for big housewives: ) The bed and beds are in good condition, the base is relatively new (season 3) All remotes worked, air conditioners and TV too.

The territory with a playground and a barbecue area right above the estuary. ducks swim, turtles sometimes swans fly in. The territory of the base with beautiful flowers, bushes, a fountain and landscape design.
For our company of 40 people there was a shed (tent) where we had the opportunity to have lunch. Lunches were ordered from Odessa, since at this time there is a tension with hot meals in Koblevo, in the summer people from the base eat at a neighboring base.
I was very pleased with the attitude of the administration towards the vacationers - they were very attentive to all requests, they instantly reacted to everything: additional skewers, dishes, flower vases - were brought at the speed of light. When there was a power failure on the main road and the power went out, the administration went to the distribution zone at night and "resolved" the issue in 2 hours. Apparently, the fact that the base is maintained by one family and is very supportive of the cause is affecting. Thanks to Oleg the administrator and his family for a pleasant stay! As you can see from the photo, it's all true!
