But Energostroitel is qualitatively pleased against the background of the marginal star of the real estate market in Koblevo.
+ Clean, well-groomed recreation center, with a good clean area, flower beds, fountains, benches, trees. Good two buildings, renovated, comfortable, economy rooms (double room with shower and toilet on the floor, and standard rooms with a bathroom in them.
+ On the 1st floor there is a free drinking water cooler.
+ The sea is very close to 50 meters from the territory.
+ On the territory there is a dining room (its own, which is no longer open in September, and there is also a dining room Arcadia nearby) and its own cafe.
+ There is kind of like Wi-Fi (we did not use it)
One minus - in the high season, the prices are of course a bit high, as for the Ukrainian resort.
The energy builder is so popular among Belarusians that if you want to come to it to relax in June - August, then you need to book places and rooms in January - March. Really, in half a year everything is bought up in advance! I myself was shocked. We went in September, in the low season, when everyone is already leaving, so I booked rooms in July for a month and a half.
In September we lived in an economy room for 300 hryvnia per day, although for 400 you get a standard with a bathroom, and why we were pulled to settle in the economy, I still can’t even imagine, but since when we settled on the floor there were only we and another room with people, then we did not take a room with a bathroom, since the toilet and shower were actually ours for the entire floor, since the base was almost empty, everyone left)
The rooms are clean, tidy, there is a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a plasma on the camp (which during the rest it makes no sense to watch at all)
Of the places where in Koblevo you can generally stay for a white person who respects himself - this is just right. This is certainly not Lotus and not Vita Hotel and not in which it is very chic, but also rooms for 2000 hryvnias for economy. But the price is quite normal.
In general, this is a base in which it is really not a shame to live and stay comfortably.

An animator works with children (2 hours in the morning on the beach and in the evening from 19.00 to 22.00). Jeanne, of course, "respect", she is smart, she tried, but there were many children and it was not easy for her. Wish that there were several animators for different age groups of children, tk. one cannot cope with all.
We lived on the 4th floor in the main building. Everything was in the room, but without chic, although we only spent the night there, so it suited us... The minus is the plumbing, of course it needs to be changed, because very old....
In general, we liked the hotel, they monitor the territory, 200 meters from the sea, they cook delicious food in the Veranda cafe.
But Koblevo itself, oh HORROR!! ! You leave the hotel on the main avenue and dirt and garbage begin, and everywhere, even on the beach and the sea. It feels like everyone is just littering and no one is cleaning up....For us, this is wild, because. In Belarus, cleanliness and order are everywhere.
Conclusion, the hotel itself is GOOD, I recommend it for families with children. But we will not go to Koblevo anymore, because. very dirty... It's better to pay a little more and relax in civilized countries, where cigarette butts do not lie on the beach, and bottles and packages do not float on the sea. It seems that people come here to swell and litter right on the beach. Every morning I walked along the Koblevo embankment, and nowhere have I seen so much garbage on the beach....It's a pity for the culture of people...

The bathroom is dirty, smelly, the faucets are rusty, there is mold on the tiles (because I assumed everything, I took cleaning, rags, gloves with me and washed it all, since the water there is hot and cold without problems) after my cleaning it became cleaner -Less and stopped smelling. I never asked for room cleaning, I washed the floors myself 2 times a day, because. k. sand on the floor from the beach was brought on shoes. The cleaning lady there was kind of scared, I once asked about her bed linen, it feels like she forgot how to talk out of fear)) I didn’t ask her about anything else. The bedding and towels that they offer can only be used as rags (everything is gray and old, even the pillowcase smelled of men's toilet water !!! ) they did not use naturally, they brought their own. The soundproofing of the adjacent rooms is good, but you can hear everything from the hallway. Now about the services of the animator: they are engaged in adult children, and kids of 3-4 years old are left without attention (although they are interested in dancing to the music, BUT! Unfortunately, the animator did not pay attention to them). With older children, without question, she played constantly games both in the afternoon and in the evening. Meals (they offer a 10 percent discount on the veranda, but it’s really expensive there, it’s better to go to the nearest canteen in Arcadia (it’s delicious, clean, inexpensive). Of course, while we were relaxing, we looked at other recreation centers, but in terms of price-quality ratio, this option is good for of our capabilities. And no matter what the minuses are in Energostroitel, all the same next year again to them) But I will already be mentally ready to "clean up the push")))

Now about those things that left negative impressions. The hotel and the room themselves need to be updated, make timely repairs and prepare for the season. An unpleasant impression was left by the condition of the plumbing in the room and the rusty railings on the balcony.
