VIP hotel Perlin does not match the descriptions on the website at all. It is impossible to call this hotel and restaurant VIP at all. The only good thing is that the hotel is right on the beach. As for the Comfort room, it is very small, there is nowhere for two to turn around. We rested with a child (1.3 months old), they put a playpen in our room so that the child would sleep there, but it was scary to put the baby in this playpen because the playpen was very dirty, old with a weeded mesh. Knowing that we will arrive with a small child, the hotel administration decided to book us a room on the 4th floor, but with a small child it is not convenient. The air conditioner in the room worked in fan mode and practically did not cool the room, and since the room was under the very roof, it was always very stuffy in the room and it was unbearable to sleep there. By phone we were told that they have a chic playground, and when we arrived it wasn’t there at all, in the evening they put 1 swing and 1 small slide, that’s the whole chic playground. The territory of the hotel is not fenced, and the hotel does not have any territory as such! Their territory is the beach and everything, and right behind the hotel itself offers a gorgeous view. On the side and behind the hotel itself there are wooden barracks, probably still of Soviet construction, in which people rest like savages, there is complete unsanitary conditions. The parking lot is far from the hotel and is not guarded. As for the VIP restaurant, we weren’t happy with the abundance of cocktails on the beach (as they write on the website), because they didn’t have the ingredients in the bar to make at least the most elementary cocktail. The choice was not great water, kvass, in the evening, however, a little more beer was delivered. The choice of dishes on the menu is at the level of a road cafe, but not at all a VIP restaurant! They have 1 waiter for their entire VIP restaurant. Director Julia Nikolaevna does not value her clients at all, she did not even deign to talk to us to solve the problems that have arisen, so do not expect understanding!
