We rested at the Perlina Hotel with a family of 3 in 2015. I liked it very much. And now, 2016 has arrived. I wanted to repeat.
The peculiarity in buying a holiday this year was that the management decided that the client should purchase the hotel accommodation immediately with 3 meals a day and there could be no options (as we were told in the spring when we made an early booking). In total, in 5 days we got 15.850 UAH. Curly. Despite the fact that the food was taken only for 2. Well, I think it's okay....All OK. I know that the food is good there, and in 2015 we bought all the food only from them, choosing from the menu.

We've arrived. Settled as usual, quickly, without delay, gave the keys to the suite with sea views and...."Good rest" wished. I ask: “We have 3 meals a day included. We check in after 14:00. You give us lunch. The answer - now I will clarify....and the answer is “no”. I ask the following question: So you will then give us lunch on the day of departure, the answer is that you must leave the hotel at 12, and our dinners start at 13....well, what can I say. Food is not the most important thing in life. I don't think I'm going to spoil my holiday.
I was immediately struck by the phrase “There are one or two more couples like you here. ” I asked. What makes us so different. It turns out that they didn’t really want to buy tickets, because. expensive, and... the management canceled 3 meals a day and left only breakfasts in order to sell at least something....Of course, they decided not to tell us about this, but we already paid 100%.
The room, as before (last year we lived in an apartment on the floor above), pleases only with its view. Sitting on the balcony, you are right on the beach, which, in principle, captivates and crosses out many minuses with cleaning. The floor is always dirty. Towels and bedding could be changed daily, especially since the word bed means 3 sheets.
No luck with the minibar either. He is absent, although last year it was the other way around. Anyway. Let's go to the shop. There are plenty of them around.
Hotel occupancy is no more than 60%. I ask at the reception “why, do you think? ” The answer is too expensive. At first, I did not attach such acute significance to these words, which began to manifest itself already on the second day of my rest.
Coming to the sea, you do not want to deny yourself the beauty of the sea, the sea air... and, as a rule, we always took food on the terrace, which was all snow-white and beautiful, decorated with flowers (this is in 2015). Lots of fun.
Now I’m telling the girl to the waiter: please cover us dinner on the terrace. The answer is we are not allowed. The director says that the complex should eat in the dining room. The windows of the dining room overlook a tall fence - "beauty". And so three times a day. With grief in half, we were covered twice on the terrace, but then the waitress girls got scolded. I felt sorry for them. The staff is not smiling, because they are scolded by the director... Yuryevna, who flies around the territory all the time, spreading fear on the staff and sometimes smokes at the bar for her own pleasure.

Of the food, the most delicious was coffee and tea, which, as it turned out later on the bag, comes from the city of Moscow itself. How embarrassed I was. Something inside got stuck and died. Where did I come? What for? Does one of their family members serve in the ATO, dying for Ukraine and protecting them from those from where they bring seagulls? Tin. I had to wait another three days of rest, because. we went further not home, but to our favorite Hudson club, closer to civilization and quality. The more western, the more people think about quality, service, customer.

Hotel "Perlina" with the current hosts will not advise anyone. You won't feel like you're on vacation there. You have arrived and you already have to. For the money, look elsewhere. Find a lot and for longer days. One thing let me down - I wanted to repeat good memories. But this time it wasn't necessary. They don't understand that the customer is always right.
