Booked a baby cot when booking. because there are only 3 of them in the hotel. On the eve of departure, we called back, but it turned out that there was no reservation for the crib! But they put it on. Promised a kettle, arrived - no kettle. There are only 5 of them, dismantled. There is a tiny locker in the room, from the door of which a seal hangs up to the middle, there is nowhere to put things. There are no shelves in the shower, 2 hooks and that's it. The door in the cabin does not close, the drain was clogged. Shampoo and shower gel are given out every three days, when the general cleaning takes place + the bed and towels are changed. But on the third day of stay, they wiped the floor and that's it! I told the administrator, but the maid changed. The rooms are not cleaned well. A double bed is two beds that are pushed together, two mattresses that are constantly moving apart, as a result, someone sleeps in this hole between them. When booking a room for our dates, we were told that breakfast was included in the price!!! One day was included, then everything - breakfasts are paid. They explained that it was already the end of the season and the prices were already low. Why lie and promise something that is not really there ?! In a neighboring hotel, a room with a sea view and a buffet breakfast for the same dates are 50 UAH (! ) More expensive than the one in which we live in "Perlyna" (1150 UAH). They also said that the restaurant at "Perlin" has a children's menu. The waitresses say that he is not there, the administrator is. The prices here are restaurant prices, the service is a dining room, the waitresses cannot cope with a minimum number of people - tea was interrogated the third time, bread was brought after we had finished eating. The staff is unfriendly, no one greets, but they reluctantly answer: "Drasite". The last straw - 4 days before departure, it started to rain, the room was flooded - water leaked from the threshold of the balcony, flowed under the crib, the bag with things got wet (there is nowhere to put them), the manager came and in a boorish form said that either we had waterpoured themselves, or the balcony was not closed. We would like to leave earlier, but they refuse to return the money. They offered to move to another room. But with such a boorish attitude and lies, it’s hard to call it rest! If the owners of the hotel are even a little striving to reach a decent level, take action!!! Gentlemen, don't waste your money! In the season for these prices + additional food, road and so on, you can safely go abroad! Or to neighboring hotels that correspond to the level.
