The administration of the hotel "Perlina" in Koblevo, first of all, thanks all the guests for both positive and critical reviews. We would like to note that since 2015 the hotel has changed owners. Therefore, it was very important for the new leadership to take into account all the comments and eliminate the existing shortcomings.
Nevertheless, I would like to separately address the authors of false comments. We have collected information and conducted an internal investigation, as a result of which we want to say the following: that the authors of these comments are unlikely to have lived in our hotel, and their comments are custom-made. Our staff is professional and always friendly towards hotel guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory of the hotel are the main requirement for the hotel staff (as evidenced by the reviews in the guest book of the hotel). Our staff always takes their duties responsibly and respects the interests of the hotel guests.
