We immediately started looking for another hotel, we were lucky after 3 days we moved. The reception was not even surprised and did not ask what was the matter, they are always sure of this.
I don’t want to offend anyone, but on the last day a camp of former drug addicts arrived. We are all human, but perhaps some of them may have had a relapse, and there are many children in the hotel. I think this should be announced in advance. If you are traveling with children and a stroller, there is no elevator and you will not be warned about this. The price is not at all small, while terrible conditions, lack of cleanliness, unsanitary conditions and an indifferent attitude.
People take pity on your money and strength, rest should be adequate.
1. The fault of the tour operator, of course, but it’s not 250 m to the sea, as they claimed, but the whole kilometer. For young norms, for older people it’s inconvenient.
2. the rooms are so-so, but the room service is poor. cleaning was done only upon request. they give one towel per person. birds live in nests on each balcony))) that wake you up safely in the morning)) linen and towels were not changed at all.
3. There is a large playground! This is +, you can watch it through the camera, which is broadcast on channel 32 in the room. But the playground is already broken in some places and is not being repaired. Sometimes it is dangerous for children.
4. Animation, declared as the best on the entire coast, was none. Apparently because this year other animators are working. A rude and aggressive woman sometimes frightened children with her remarks !!!
5. dining room! They refused to eat and were forced to eat in other places. there is no buffet there))) the food is all cold. in the evening they leave it for the morning. there is no children's menu. for example, there was never porridge in the morning! unfriendly staff!!!
Conclusion: last year we rested in the bay, there was a completely different level! no one expected Turkish service !! ! but this is not a vacation in houses. everything can be fixed! there would be a desire! then people will return! we did not have a desire to return, unfortunately.
The hotel team fulfilled its obligations perfectly: in terms of accommodation, buffet, animation, entertainment program, paperwork. Regarding children: every day there were activities for children, animators and discos for children. Foam parties, water pistol fights, in a word, super for children!!! ! there were also a mini-football field and a volleyball field, there are even simulators on the territory. large playground. There is a games room.
The staff is responsive, they fulfilled all requests, they themselves do not have the right to enter the room without your knowledge, so you must tell them yourself when it is convenient for you to clean the room. iron, kettle and hair dryer provided in the room.
The food in the BORSCH cafe on the territory was good, both for children and adults, the portions are large and inexpensive. tried to eat in other places, after all, the base was the best.
There is a bar on the territory, where animations for adults were held 2 times a week, an incentive prize was a bottle of cognac) we were lucky to have a 50 percent discount on beer for the whole week!

there is wi-fi, but it doesn’t work well in the rooms, it’s best in the faye, there are comfortable sofas on each floor.
We lived in building 1, large rooms. the furniture is new.
then we went to the neighboring "Vinnitsa" - it's tastier and cheaper, the dishes are hot, and not cooled down like in "Borscha". In "Vinnitsa" probably more than half of the vacationers from "Paradise" ate. Therefore, in "Borscha" it was always free and the morning dishes remained for dinner. On the 3rd day, we bought an excursion to Odessa (it saved us)... In the morning, as usual, we went to the beach but returned to the room early, it was not yet 11 am (to get ready by 1400). And then a “surprise” was waiting for us, we realized that we had someone! They began to check the bags - one was smeared with blood, when I looked at my suitcase I saw that the combination lock was broken, the suitcase was also smeared with blood (the thief got hurt when he broke the lock with my manicure scissors - he also broke them) no money! We've been robbed!! ! More precisely me, the rest did not have time because we arrived early. Management was immediately called. In general, the door was opened with a key (a neighbor saw this), when we walked along the corridor, we also met with the one
who robbed us, so they asked us to show us the recording from the camera at the entrance to the building, so that my neighbor and I could identify him and show the police. They agreed to show us the recording, they looked for it for a very long time (although we told them the exact time), then they called us to look and... exactly 3 minutes when the thief went down the stairs disappeared (time jumps exactly 3 minutes). From the other camera, the exact time that we named, where you can also see the thief, was never shown to us (we decided we just didn’t have time to cut it out). The actions of the administration - and no, no apologies, NOTHING, they even laughed at us and that's it. Yes, and their behavior and attitude to everything led us to the conclusion that they also steal (not by themselves, of course, but not without their help). They didn’t write an application, they were just afraid, we still had to live there for a week. The rest was spoiled and not even by the robbery itself (I understand it happens to everyone), but by the attitude of the employees.
An employee of the travel agency through which we traveled supported and helped us in every possible way (thank you very much to Irina). She asked to write a statement addressed to the director of the company with a description of everything that had happened. And she said that the director of "Paradise" did not even know what had happened. Only after that Igor spoke to us (he introduced himself as the director). It turns out that he is aware of everything and they even wrote a statement to the police (I wonder on whose behalf) and provided the police with a photo of the thief (And who identified him ?? ) and the case is under control of some boss - his very good friend! In general, as compensation, we were offered food in their cafe - we refused, because there were less than two days left to rest and we didn’t eat at their place. “Thank you”! As for the rest, the rooms were cleaned only if you ask, and then not the first time. The bed is changed on the 5th day, after being reminded and asked for the sixth.
Check-out at 12 o'clock and again a day with suitcases on the street or in the lobby of the main building. Service is all according to European standards!!!
I understand that others liked their vacation in Paradise, many go there for several years in a row. We will also remember it for a long time, but not with pleasant impressions, but vice versa.
