In August 2014, the "administrator" Andrei settled us in a two-room suite for 3 nights. We are 4 adults and 2 young children, we needed 5 beds. The administrator settled us in a suite without any problems and delivered a cot to the 5th bed, and the smallest child had to sleep with us, the parents. When we got ready to go to bed in the evening, we found only 4 pillows, we went to ask for the fifth one, because We originally booked five beds. In return, they received inadequate screams from the supposedly irrelevant headmistress, utter abuse for half the night, BEATING on the head of the spouse! We are an intelligent family, high-ranking civil servants were SHOCKED! We did not understand what we are to blame ? ! Just asked for a pillow! But it wasn’t there, the “headmistress”, her son, the “administrator”, raging under alcoholic euphoria, their relatives could only be calmed down by the arrival of a police squad !! ! In the morning, of course, we changed the hotel and filmed the beatings! ! BUT the weekend is ruined : (
RUN FROM THERE!! ! There is also smelly water flowing from the pipes (it is impossible to brush your teeth), the rooms have not seen wet cleaning for a long time, the playground is rusty, and the declared trampoline and pool have never been seen! And most importantly - if you stay in this hotel, you risk your health and the health of your children!
