The fattest plus of this hotel is that it is located on the first line from the sea (3-5 minutes walk). The hotel building itself is not the worst, especially compared to the rest of the heartbroken "soviet" recreation centers. The owners tried to concoct a place to relax with a swing at the European level, but in my opinion, not everything turned out as expected... Then there are mostly cons. Namely:
1. Administration. According to their rules, check-in from 13:00 We arrived at 8:00 and did not particularly count on an early location (although such a service is available and it is paid - 50% of the room rate). We were really encouraged that people would leave at 10:00, then they would clean up and be able to accommodate us a little earlier, probably because there were four children with us. We asked to leave our things in the luggage room and decided to take a walk while waiting for our check-in. The girl at the reception was completely alone (which is not entirely good) and did not even have time to serve everyone. In addition, all the attendants constantly have dissatisfied faces, which does not paint the rest of the residents. Here is a national service for you))
2. Technical condition of the building. Let's just say - poor-satisfactory (photo attached). Well, not pulling on a decent hotel. Apparently, it was once an old departmental recreation center, which they decided to restore. We booked a two-room 6-bed room, it turned out to be on the 4th attic floor, which was obviously completed much later. The interior seems to be fresh, but it does not look the best, besides, there are a lot of defects and imperfections, not all work has been completed. The floor without balconies, unlike the main floors, is sheathed with cheap wooden clapboard, tiles on the floor. In the rooms, in principle, it’s not bad (albeit scarce), but in the bathrooms there were some comments - there were no grilles on the ventilation ducts and it almost constantly stank of g...., the faucets on the washbasin and shower were not fixed and dangled, the curtain in the shower hung dirty . The door to the bathroom without a lock, so you most likely won’t be able to sit quietly and “think”)) In addition to all this, electricity was lost every day, which caused no water in the water supply system. By the way! The water in the taps is salty (!!! ), so after the sea it is not necessary to take a shower at all))))
3. Territory. It is small and presentable appearance is not finished (there is a photo). The music rumbles every day until late at night, so don't expect a good night's sleep))
4. Pool. Included in the price of the room is included and you can use it for free. The pool itself is good, not small, clean (but again with salt water! ) The pool also comes with two water slides for children, which, unfortunately, turned out to be paid ((It is strange, of course, given the far from budget cost of living. In this Funny moment - sun loungers (chaise lounges) under umbrellas, which are located on the right side of the pool, were free (although they were constantly not enough for everyone), but sun loungers and beds near the entrance to the pool are already paid)) Business! )) Gazebos were also paid, although they were also located on the territory of the hotel. And there is also a bar near the pool and barbecue nearby in the evening, but in no case should you enter the pool area with your own food and drinks! ))
5. Sea. The hotel does not have its own beach and had to constantly look for a place on the sand near the sea. This process was complicated by the fact that 90% of the entire coastline is full of paid sun loungers, beds, bungalows and finding a simple place by the sea is not very easy. The prices for sun loungers and beds are quite high, although their condition is not the best. We tried to take a bed one day, after 2 hours of lying down, it started to rain heavily and went on for several hours, because of which we had to run away to the hotel. To our requests to transfer payment (at least 50%) to the next day, the owner of this inventory said “NO. We have already made a bed for you, go and lie down. ” It was around 18:00, despite the fact that the rental of these things until 20:00. Greediness, I think. No more sun loungers or beds.
6. Internet. This is generally a problem! It seems to be near the reception (even the password is given for free), but it does not work properly. Probably it is simply not enough for all residents, or simply the Wi-Fi router is not designed for such a scale. Our (mansard) floor seemed to have its own separate router, but as it turned out, it was simply not connected to the Internet (see photo). And worst of all, even the mobile Internet completely refused to work normally, it shows like 4G, but there is very little sense from it (neither chat through Viber, nor upload photos to social networks). This is certainly not a claim to the hotel, but still not pleasant enough. THERE WAS NO TV IN THE ROOM! Those who are interested in staring into the box in the evening, take a laptop with you))
7. Cleaning. She simply didn't exist. However, as well as bed linen changes for all our 6 days of stay at the hotel. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves, we took out the garbage ourselves, swept and washed it ourselves.
