Ужасно!!!! Terrible!!!!

For 15 years we have been going to sea to different places, but this is the first time we have encountered such a nightmare. We booked a room by phone, looked at nice photos on the site, made an advance payment. We arrived and immediately at the reception they tried to fool us on the number of days, until I myself calculated the amount on their calculator, they made a mistake of only 1200 UAH. Parking is paid, they said on the phone that even sunbeds on the beach are free. The declared TV in the room was not, the mattresses were just creepy rotten and dirty. We lived in a junior suite, but I have never even lived in an economy class with similar conditions, the water in the tap is sea. The pools are just a nightmare - dirty with sea water, they are not cleaned, no one swam in them. The cafe is terrible, some chairs are beautiful. Of the pleasant - only the maid on the floor of Evgenia, quite a pleasant woman
