The hotel is disgusting. There is no TV in either of the two rooms we occupied. for three people a 2-seater bed and one sheet in order to hide. garbage is not removed (they told us to take it out ourselves). administrators are not the most respectful. pools with disgusting marsh-green water. in general, just a quiet horror and nightmare.

Parking is paid, they said on the phone that even sunbeds on the beach are free. The declared TV in the room was not, the mattresses were just creepy rotten and dirty. We lived in a junior suite, but I have never even lived in an economy class with similar conditions, the water in the tap is sea. The pools are just a nightmare - dirty with sea water, they are not cleaned, no one swam in them. The cafe is terrible, some chairs are beautiful. Of the pleasant - only the maid on the floor of Evgenia, quite a pleasant woman

The first impression is quite good, friendly staff (4-5 people) for an expensive reception - an aquarium, about 9 surveillance cameras monitor everything, etc.
Secondly, when you get to the territory closer to the buildings, you understand that the only thing they monitor there and spend money on is these very surveillance cameras and the administration of the reception desk.
The hotel itself consists of two buildings - the first with amenities in the room, the second without. Terrible dirty passages between floors, kitchen doors with locks that break when entering the rooms. They brought a fridge to our room. thanks for that, but in general the furniture is terribly old, at first we lived in a room that overlooks the "beautiful" view of the pool, however, I warn everyone who is offered to live there that the music at the bar, which should only play on the bar, cuts to the entire territory from 8 am to 11 (!!! ) pm! Relax, fall asleep earlier is unrealistic. By the way, I went to the reception and asked to change rooms, and the girls from the reception went to meet us and moved us to a room overlooking the other side, where the music is not so heard, for which we also thank you.

In principle, this is true, there are practically no queues in the men's toilet it was, but - what kind of toilet is it with a shower....it’s just tin, two toilets standing (! ) Nearby without cubicles and one unfortunate shower room, in which there really isn’t even warm water, since there was a pool and the heat was incredible... Naturally everything is dirty, toilet paper was never seen. According to the stories of vacationers in superior comfort rooms, the situation there is no better, the only thing is that these terrible sanitary facilities are only in the rooms. . .

Yes, very cool, BUT - the water is practically not cleaned, and by lunchtime everything that is possible floats there... the sun loungers are insanely dirty and there are not enough for all the guests. The most "smart" from the evening leave towels on them, thereby clogging them the next day. There are 2 children's pools, which, by the way, are cleaned, I saw it myself, near the children's area, there, in principle, the norms.
In general, the owners of this wonderful establishment do not care about the conditions in which people from all over Ukraine enter every year to rest. The main motto of the establishment is a good show. . . the hotel website, an expensive receptionist, as well as video cameras. . . this is all the investment of the owners of this wonderful Arina pool wanted. . . Like the cafe / bar on the territory, in cafes around the corner you can eat much cheaper and more satisfying than they feed there, although there are no pretensions to the kitchen. So I would not advise any of my friends/relatives and just Ukrainians to go there sometime. . .

We came with the whole family with a baby (2 years old) to relax, but it was not there)... Instead of their scheduled check-in at 2 o'clock, they checked in at three o'clock, as supposedly there was a cleaning in the room. BUT! The room turned out to be terrible, miniature, not to turn around, in the toilet with a bath it smelled terribly of sewage, which hurt the eyes.

Instead of their scheduled check-in at 2 o'clock, they checked in at three o'clock, as supposedly there was a cleaning in the room. BUT! The room turned out to be terrible, miniature, not to turn around, in the toilet with a bath it smelled terribly of sewage, which hurt the eyes. Yes, thanks to my husband and an adequate administrator, we got a different room at 10 pm, but the husband and the security guard themselves dragged the double, single bed. The room turned out to be no better, but at least there was no stink. The beds are antediluvian, double bed on springs, let alone sleep, it is impossible to sit and creak terribly! Yes, we took rooms INCREASED COMFORT) I'm afraid to imagine what's going on in the economy. I continue... ) Everywhere: shower, sink, pipes - everything is rusty, it's disgusting to touch. The water is salty from the tap (it was nice to brush your teeth), but it didn’t smell hot at all, as promised on the site !! ! Although, we heard that it was turned on for an hour or two during the day, but, unfortunately, we didn’t catch it in two days, it’s not to hang around in the rooms... Further... The air conditioner worked, but there was no remote control, like it's under renovation. They couldn’t turn off this antediluvian in any way, the cord from it was deeply embedded in the wall, we slept with the child under a blowing air conditioner (total: everyone caught a cold, I have ears, a throat, a nose, my son is snotty ((() The TV didn’t work. That’s all the delights rooms) Meals (they ate for a fee at the bar) are average, but in general they cook in Koblevo everywhere they are not so hot and the waiters are far from pleasant. I would not have survived the night on these beds, and I finally wanted to wash my head. Of course, no one returned the money. The hotel does not match the photos. Everything is much worse. The rooms are dirty, broken, broken (high comfort room). Hot water was given only on the 4th day, cold water was periodically turned off. They blatantly lied in my eyes that there was hot water, it’s just that I apparently don’t know how to use the tap! Salty water flowed from the tap - like all inclusive and the sea in the room))the room is not cleaned! . On the second day, while making the bed, under the sheet we found a package of a condom (well, at least not the used little thing! ) It turns out that the bed was not changed for us after our predecessors either! Swallows live on the stairs (which are in disrepair) and can shit on your headwhen you want to enter or exit your room! Poops are not always cleaned after them! The food is disgusting, the portions are tiny and not tasty! The attitude of the staff borders on boorish, it seems that I am a poor relative and came for free to relax on the sea! Before entering the hotel, we were met by a jacuzzi, inside of which there was a swamp. On the third day they tried to clean it, but they were either tired or just tired of it, it didn’t reach the end, and by our departure everything was blooming and fragrant there (((It’s a pity that you can’t post a photo here ((The only truth about the hotel is that the pool is really goodand the distance is 5 minutes from the sea! But it's not worth the spent nerves, money, spoiled vacation! The hotel owners and the administration must pay extra for customers to live there ! ! The photos are taken in such a way that you would not even think how dirty and terrible it really is. The water in the tap flows semi-marine, even brushing your teeth is not possible. Room 4 sq. meters, shower 2 sq. meters, there is simply nowhere to turn around, they said that we were staying with a child, they gave a bed, it can be called a double bed, although later, as it turned out, they had rooms with another bed, apparently they wanted us to pay extra. If you come with your own food, it is forbidden to use the bungalows (which are so beautifully depicted in the photo). By the way, the photo does not show that it says "forbidden". The jacuzzi still does not work, the playground is ruined, let's just say it doesn't really exist at all. The bathroom smells terribly of sewerage, in general, just imagine that after paying for a two-day vacation, we left the next morning, it's just a shame in such a not bad "sea" place, to build such squalor. Even with the discount it's not worth half of what we paid. . . I would give him 30 UAH per day per person. Believe me, I've been to a lot of places, seen a lot of things, but I'm not exaggerating here. . .
