We stayed at this guesthouse in July 2011. Pros: 1) really very beautiful and well-groomed area, 2) nice big pool with a children's area, 3) nice staff. Cons: 1) far from the sea (15 minutes walk), although the bus carries it for free, picks it up from the boarding house at 9.15 and back at 12.30, 2) is located in the center of Kirillovka, still I would like to attribute this fact more to disadvantages than advantages, t . to. the dirt and unsanitary conditions in Kirillovka itself are simply terrible!!! ! Accordingly, the beach is also very dirty, covered in cigarette butts, there are a lot of people, 3) the food is rather poor, even very. From meat - chicken for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of the fruits, only apricots were given, and even then 2-3 times during the entire period of stay, 4) the children's room is very dirty, all the toys are scattered, they have never seen that they were cleaned there, but still - this is a children's playroom.
Rooms, I'm talking about deluxe rooms, because. in others were not, in principle, not bad. We lived on the first floor - these are one-room suites. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, new furniture, good repair. From the room exit to the veranda with wicker furniture (two armchairs and a table).
From the bad about the room:

Air conditioning - window, we did not use it, they say it buzzes terribly.
The bathroom leaves much to be desired, the toilet barrel was broken.
