We brought more than 60 children to rest (sports camp, and upon agreement we were promised everything - and the presence of a football / volleyball sports ground = this is not there! excellent food, excellent rest, smiles and positive, and as a result we got:
1. Boorish attitude. The staff is just awful! Each of the 4 coaches was sure to be approached and said "you have terrible children, we have not seen such ones yet. " At the same time, the children behaved as culturally as possible to the best of their ages, they will not walk along the line and on tiptoe! These are CHILDREN and they will run around the territory and play!!!
The manager was great too! In the hall on the second floor, 8 (!!! ) adults were sitting in the evening, just talking quietly and waiting for all the children to fall asleep - she came up and silently started playing with the switch, eventually turning off the light for us! This is generally how and what? Are you adequate in relation to vacationers?
2. FOOD - TERRIBLE! The kids were HUNGRY!

4. There is no cleaning in the rooms!
