In general, we chose to see the restaurant "Villa Vita", which is along the Odessa highway. We arrived, we immediately liked everything, and the hall, and the territory, and the hall for the ceremony. It immediately seemed strange that in addition to the hall for the ceremony (well, this is understandable) you also need to pay for the rent of the banquet hall, in fact, where the wedding was supposed to be. But we asked the manager if we could fit into the budget, stating what amount we had. She assured us that of course we will fit, this is a fairly large amount per person. Then she showed photos, and on one of them, we saw half-empty tables, we clarified whether we would have the same table, to which the manager laughed and said that this amount was only up to 600 UAH per person, you have twice as much, accordingly, the tables will “break” from food....

It turned out that the hall for the outdoor ceremony is not heated (although we were assured that 2 hours before the ceremony the heating would be turned on (which turned out not to be there). For us, this was fundamentally important, since in addition to me (the bride) half-dressed, we had 10 more children age from 6 months to 5 years!!! ! In general, to say that it upset me is to say nothing. We began to think about options, to order 10 UFOs for rent, or industrial heaters (this is all additional finance), and then asked not to pay for the rent of the banquet hall, but no! Then it turned out that the amount we were counting on was not enough, we can’t fit in 15-20 thousand !!!! ! Although this was agreed 1.5 months before the wedding !! ! And you know , all this could be solved, and we were open to dialogue in order to agree, BUT!!! ! another format), was horrified by this image scheniya. And at the same time, with all this unfortunate manager, she also burst into tears theatrically in front of us (although there weren’t even raised tones), saying that “I have such clients for the first time” !!! . + As a result, it turned out that you need to pay +1000 UAH for cleaning the hall, +400 UAH for each candlestick on the table (there are 6 = 1200), + 500 UAH for connecting to the outlet, + something else... I don’t remember anymore..... Honestly, it was a bummer! I left in shock, realizing that I didn’t want to spend anything in this terrible place!! ! But terrible, not because it is not tasty, ugly, etc. , everything is in order with this, but because the manager Victoria Grigorievna, out of place, is a boorish and unbalanced young lady! And this was the main reason for changing the wedding venue 2 weeks before the wedding!!! ! Not a couple of extra thousand, namely the rudeness and inadequacy of the manager!
