We celebrated our wedding on June 27, the reservation of the dining room was made six months in advance. I was very scrupulous about every little thing in the process of preparation and when I saw the Villa Vita restaurant, I immediately understood where I want the wedding to take place, in addition, my friend worked earlier in this institution as a florist at a wedding and confirmed only the colorfulness of this place. Initially, I was guided by the mirror hall, but according to the number of guests (50 people), the administrator Andrei advised to take a larger and more interesting hall, especially since the rent of the hall did not differ much from the hall in the basement - the mirror hall was 75.000, the dining room was 100.000. Having paid a deposit - 20.000, the preparation process was officially launched. After reading all kinds of reviews about the restaurant, there were concerns about the kitchen, service, but as a result, my husband and I were more than satisfied.
The staff is very responsive, many thanks to Andrey, who always knew how to calm down on every issue, helped to create an excellent menu, special thanks to the administrator Alla, who, on the wedding day and the day before, dealt with all issues related to contractors, food, table decoration and planning seating arrangements, I also want to say that after reading negative reviews about the manager Victoria, I thought that we would suffer the fate of "rudeness", but no, quite the contrary, Victoria is a very courteous and well-mannered person, I can’t say anything bad at all, only a good impression . Yes, indeed, the menu is compiled basically, 2 weeks before the wedding, I also thought that it was very late, but Andrey said that it would not be a problem if we made it earlier. Since the number of guests was constantly changing, we only managed to draw up a menu in 2 weeks. The rent of the hall also included an arch (with decor from the restaurant), which this year was completely new and pleasing to the eye with its design, a table for painting and chairs for the ceremony.
In addition to the main hall, we also rented a summer terrace with a beautiful view of nature, where we organized a Cossack table and a buffet before the ceremony. Of course, it all costs money and the work of a cook for cutting jamon (we had jamon 7kg) was 1500 UAH, plus we separately bought jamoner, a knife and tweezers, as well as everything that was on the Cossack table, we also bought separately separately from check, and for the entire check that we paid, it was possible to include the work of the cook for free, given that 10% of the check amount is additionally paid for service, but against the background of total waste, 1500 were tears). But thanks to the cook (I think this is his job), on our Cossack table, in addition to canned beer with slices, there was tequila and he brought the necessary glasses, dipping them first, as expected, in salt, found lime (I repeat, we had to buy it , but stuck, a trifle, but nice). Also, if you take your own DJ or you need to use plasma, then a separate price is set - 500 UAH for plugging into an outlet, 1000 UAH for connecting plasma. Regarding the wedding cake: that's just a huge human thank you from me to the confectioner! It was an unbelievably delicious cake! Simply space. It’s very difficult for me to please with a cake, but this one was just bliss (I took chocolate chiffon with cream cheese decor).

The waiters, as our guests later told me, possessed the super power of "invisibility" - they seemed to stand behind each guest, but at the same time they did not strain anyone and did not procrastinate their eyes, they appeared at the right time. The food was enough, and most importantly, it was delicious. In addition, we also rented a cottage (for newlyweds it is provided free of charge after the wedding for a day, but we had fees in the morning at Villa Vita and we took it additionally), it is very cozy, on the 1st floor there is a combined bathroom with a shower, a table and a mini sofa, on the 2nd floor a comfortable double bed with a balcony. On the 1st floor in the evening it's great to sit at a table on the street near the cottage and look at the stars, the smell of the forest, nature and silence leave the most pleasant impressions.
From what I don’t advise you to do: don’t take the florist coordinator Marina for any money - a person just talks to you on the phone for 8000 UAH, if you meet, you will continue to talk without knowing the final cost of floristry, our price has changed 4 times: starting from 800 UAH for a composition on a guest table, then 1200, then 1800 and finally from 2500. As it turned out, she is simply not a florist, but has a percentage of the female florists she knows, hence the price change. At the same time, she still does not have a price list for many years of service. Having made another mistake, taking a local DJ, Marina told us that since the dining room is poorly lit, we need additional lighting, which DJ Vladimir sets up for extra. fee. Having written to him (his services are either 7000 or 7500 UAH), he answered for 3 days until we called. At the request to orient at the price for additional lighting, for some reason he was silent and Marina called again, saying that 2 lamps at the presidium for 1500 UAH are not enough and you need more and all this will cost attention!! ! 7000 UAH! She also offered me a backdrop for the presidium worth 8.000 UAH! ).
To my "I found it for 3500", she tried to dissuade me and said that she would find it cheaper - she is still looking for it. Upon learning that we were refusing her services as a florist (the price of floristry without decor was from 30.000 UAH), the easel for seating guests was abruptly lost. Her price for connecting to the plasma differed from reality (her connection cost 1500, but in reality 1000). Two points that I asked her to do (we paid a deposit of 3000 UAH at the very beginning, met 3 times - the first time was like an acquaintance when we arrived at the restaurant to pay a deposit for the hall, then we saw each other on a neutral territory, for some reason she came with my husband-photographer, and then we saw each other again in the restaurant when I came with my florist to see how to arrange everything), this is to take a picture of the arch and send it to me, and make a price list of what is included in her services.
I waited for a photo of the arch for a long time, then I came and saw it myself, and when asked to send me a price list, she said that she had no time and it was impossible to enter everything that is included in her duties, since she has a very difficult position, so let’s ask me by phone everything that interests you, and I will answer, or write what you are interested in, and I will write "yes / no". level, right? ). By the way, the local DJ turned out to be a contractor for installing those equipment in the premises and, when asked to send a portfolio of his work, he said that he did not position himself as a great artist, that he could only send a photo of himself, as a result - he was also refused.

In general, I sum up: who still doubts whether to spend their most important day in Villa Vita - drop this business and do not hesitate! You will not only be satisfied, you will simply remember your important day with pleasure. Yes, it costs a lot of money, but it's worth it. Service, responsiveness and courtesy of the staff, cuisine, colorful nature and relaxation in cottages will forever remain in your hearts.
