And now, an hour before arrival, they call me by the contact phone and tell me "with great regret" that our reservation was canceled because the prepayment was not made. WHY IS THIS NOT REPORTED EARLIER?!?? ! I specifically asked if there are any additional steps that are required of us to ensure that the visit goes smoothly. The answer is NO. As a result, we have colossal hemorrhoids and the upcoming "distribution of elephants" from the authorities. I advise all potential visitors not to get involved in order to avoid such incidents.
