my company and I celebrated my friend's birthday, after drinking a little we wanted to play bowling, we went to the "gala hotel" everything seemed to be fine, but after I ordered the cheapest beer for 18 hryvnias and wanted to check from which barrel they pour me, accordingly, I went from the other side of the bar where they pour beer! looking at the handle, I realized that they poured me the beer that I wanted, but for greater certainty I asked for the menu that was provided to me, after small requests! after I looked through the menu and did not observe people in the restaurant, I went to the bowling alley at the bar-where I ordered beer! standing at the bar and waiting for my beer, I heard specific words from the waitress (it’s hard to call her a bartender) the words were the following in a raised tone “what do you allow yourself”! ? I immediately answered her like this: "the girl, firstly, is a tone lower, and secondly, not you, but you! " after which the girl threatened me with the guards and I was not against the guards! ))) the guards came up to me, the first thing they said was "let's go out", in response I objected to her "why and by what right"? to which they answered me "you represent someone", to which I replied "I represent only myself and you have no right to deduce me because I am right and the client is always right"! after a few rude words of the guards, which I can’t say despite my upbringing, I objected to them with specific laws of Ukraine, after which the guards left without apologizing! I demanded from the "barmaid" a book of complaints, to which they answered me in the negative, I objected to the law of Ukraine on the right of the consumer, and after that I was provided with a book! writing in the book of complaints, I went outside to smoke in a fit of passion, explaining to my friend about what this hotel is like - during this, as it turned out, a cloakroom attendant smoked with us, who has no right at all as staff to smoke with visitors, she objected to me with the following words "Shut your mouth, what right do you have to say that! " to which I replied "a woman, you are a cloakroom attendant" to which I heard a positive answer! after that, I told her the following "you should have only 3 phrases in your wardrobe: 1-good morning (depending on the period of the day), 2-have a good rest, 3-we were glad to see you, come again! " why should I teach the staff to sweep the streets?? ? to which she again answered me rudely and to which my noble origin does not allow me to repeat this! I objected to her to complain to the book of complaints, to which they answered me again with the same words of the thieves! I wrote again in the book of complaints, already the 2nd! during my stay in this "hostel, where they do not understand the normal Ukrainian as well as the Russian language, I did not hear an apology not from the staff, not from the guards! Ladies and gentlemen, you decide where to relax! but after this I will not dare to suggest this hotel to my friends!
