I really liked the hotel. The staff is very friendly, responds to all your requests and wishes. We arrived in our car and were pleasantly surprised that the parking lot was guarded and free of charge. We arrived 3 hours earlier than the indicated check-in time (check-in from 16-00), but we were seated immediately. We walked around the territory, told where and what.
The territory is small, but very clean, well-groomed, planted with pine trees. Protected. Mosquitoes are poisoned, which is very good. We made sure when we were nearby at another base, there was no end to mosquitoes. In Violis, mosquitoes did not bother us. There is a cafe, swimming pool, playground. Animators work with children from morning to evening, including games on the beach.
The beach is equipped with a canopy, sunbeds are free both on the beach and by the pool. There is security on the beach. The beach is clean. The sea is quite shallow, but warm. There is a volleyball field. The only negative, in the evening if you want to sit on the beach, then there is nowhere to sit, the sunbeds are removed, but there are no benches.

Rooms. We lived in a suite in the administrative building on the 2nd floor. I liked the room, but the balcony was missing. The cottages have their own terraces with tables and chairs, you can sit privately on the street in the evening. For guests living in the admin building - in the evening only in a cafe. Room cleaning - every 3 days, but if you need to get out earlier, the staff did not refuse. Towels and bedding are changed every 4-5 days. The hotel does not provide beach towels. The photo of the room on the hotel website is completely true. The furniture is solid, does not fall apart, sockets are in order. All electrical equipment worked: refrigerator, air conditioner, TV. There is a kettle and cups. Also in the room there is a clothes dryer, a basin for washing. Toiletries: soap, shampoo, shower gel the hotel provides. Hot water around the clock (boiler in the room).
Meals according to the menu system. Order today for tomorrow. We had enough. Fruit was given every day. There were apples, and cherries, and nectarines. Once a week they gave ice cream. The main dishes were prepared deliciously, everything was fresh, though fresh vegetables were not enough - we brought with us. If there are a lot of people in the hotel, then you can wait 20 minutes for food to be brought to you, but for us it was not critical. The cafe-bar did not attract us with its assortment, we went to another base.
In general, I liked the hotel very much, I did not even expect that we can have such a quality rest! Many thanks to the staff! Violis, keep it up!
