My wife and I go to the Violis hotel for the second year in a row, we returned today. So the review is comprehensive for two years))) We booked on the site, the administrator called back to clarify the wishes and time of arrival. Both times we lived in suite A3 - a large room with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, dishes, a TV, a bathroom - everything worked. The room matched the photo on the website. Both times we arrived earlier than the check-in time (16-00) and both times we were accommodated without any problems. The camera faces the parking lot, there were no "adventures" with the car - we left safe and sound))) There is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the territory of the hotel. The beach is privately guarded, sun loungers on the beach are under a canopy, if necessary, new ones are delivered. The guard is always present (until the evening). The beach is clean, generally shallow. Food is ordered from the menu 2-3 options + children. There are many children in the hotel, mainly on the beach, playground (slides, wall bars, tennis table) or on the volleyball court. And on the territory and on the beach almost constantly 1-2 animators (in the evening children are entertained) in a special house, they themselves were not there due to their age, but quite satisfied screams reached our window))) For older people))) there is a bar-cafe ason the street and under the roof there is also a slot machine (air hockey) and a billiard table (8/9). My wife and I are quite picky eaters (especially me), but we almost always managed to choose according to taste. The food is varied, the portions are large, there were fruits (peach, apple, grapes, watermelon, strawberries). Drinks to choose from tea (green, black), coffee (black, with milk). Waitresses due to the fact that a lot of people come and almost simultaneously fulfill orders almost running))) Thank you! Of the attractions on the spit, an aqua park (were not), a dolphinarium, a zoo (were very pleased) are available. Staff: during the rest period, we communicated with everyone except the animators, the administrator, the bartender, the waitresses, in our opinion, all performed their work efficiently and promptly, and at the same time were friendly and sociable. THANKS TO ALL !!! shortcomings due to which the rating is not the maximum - the faucet in the shower cabin is not securely fixed and strives to fall out of the wall (in our room), the plastic lid of the toilet bowl is not fixed in the vertical (open) position, the thoroughness of cleaning is satisfactory, the water in the faucet has a pronounced salty taste, WI-FI only works in the cafe and near the pool. The first year, the guards were too zealously interested in whether we are residents of this hotel, on the one hand, you can’t remember to make bracelets in person, but on the other hand, we calmly left expensive things in the rooms - nothing was missing. In general, we are not picky tourists, but objectively we liked almost everything.
