Rested with the whole family in August 2013, three adults and two children. The hotel fully lived up to expectations, located right in the city center near all the entertainment (Lunapark, promenade, shops... ). The infrastructure is good (swimming pool, cafe on site, parking, landscaping). The staff is always ready to help with any questions. They have patience, including working with children (the youngest is only 2 years 8 months old, a very mobile child : )). Unlike many hotels in which we have been before, there is no stupid imposition, no obligation (food, other paid services). Flexibly adapt to the client. I would especially like to thank Oksana - this girl will read and anticipate your thoughts. : )
The kitchen is good, I really liked it, of course, not cheap, but very tasty and of high quality. It costs an average of 10-15% cheaper than restaurants in Kyiv. Once again, I note that there is no imposition and obligation in nutrition. Moreover, we were in a suite with a mini-kitchen and two rooms, and partly bought ready-made meals at the local hypermarket (Amstor), partly cooked, partly ordered ready-made meals in the hotel cafe.
The hotel is more for families with a car, since there is only a public beach nearby, and other less crowded beaches are either on the spit or on the territory of former pioneer camps (Red Carnation). As usual for Ukraine, Berdyansk suffers from underdeveloped infrastructure (the embankment is chaotic, not everywhere there are bathrooms, there is no single architectural style, etc. ). There were almost no problems with overloaded parking either on the beaches or at the hotel, partly apparently because we arrived at the off-peak season.

The room is good, has all the necessary appliances, clean, cleaning and change of linen is regular. Nothing to complain about.
In general, the hotel really liked, the children did not want to leave. The only feature is that it is not on the first line of the sea, but in the center of the city, so it cannot compete with hotels, say, on a spit right on the seashore. With the same Arthurs ****. But his price level is lower than that of Arturs. We looked, accommodation in Arthurs would have cost us 50% more for a room of a similar class. The hotel can be recommended to families with small children who come by car and want good service and be closer to the center and amusement parks.
