The hotel fully lived up to expectations, located right in the city center near all the entertainment (Lunapark, promenade, shops... ). They have patience, including working with children (the youngest is only 2 years 8 months old, a very mobile child : )). Unlike many hotels in which we have been before, there is no stupid imposition, no obligation (food, other paid services). Flexibly adapt to the client. I would especially like to thank Oksana - this girl will read and anticipate your thoughts. : )
The kitchen is good, I really liked it, of course, not cheap, but very tasty and of high quality. It costs an average of 10-15% cheaper than restaurants in Kyiv. Once again, I note that there is no imposition and obligation in nutrition. Moreover, we were in a suite with a mini-kitchen and two rooms, and partly bought ready-made meals at the local hypermarket (Amstor), partly cooked, partly ordered ready-made meals in the hotel cafe.
The hotel is more for families with a car, since there is only a public beach nearby, and other less crowded beaches are either on the spit or on the territory of former pioneer camps (Red Carnation). As usual for Ukraine, Berdyansk suffers from underdeveloped infrastructure (the embankment is chaotic, not everywhere there are bathrooms, there is no single architectural style, etc. ). There were almost no problems with overloaded parking either on the beaches or at the hotel, partly apparently because we arrived at the off-peak season.
The room is good, has all the necessary appliances, clean, cleaning and change of linen is regular. Nothing to complain about.

The only feature is that it is not on the first line of the sea, but in the center of the city, so it cannot compete with hotels, say, on a spit right on the seashore. With the same Arthurs ****. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, the rooms are clean, tidy, linen, towels - perfectly clean, ironed. The hotel is very nice and clean everywhere, everything you could wish for is provided.

We arrived on 06/14/2013 in a two-room VIP room (1400 UAH / day + 2 breakfasts). The room at first glance is clean, but for some reason black hair was present on the bed linen, stains on the sheets. And on both beds. It seems that after the previous visitors decided not to change the bedding. At first they went without shoes, but the heels quickly turned black - the conclusion: they don’t wash the floors, you won’t let the child crawl on the floor, and there are still a lot of sockets, the youngest constantly climbed to touch, but they were not closed by anything !! ! The pool was deep. The husband stood on socks (height 175cm). It is not clear who the pool is designed for. Although the hotel is declared as a family one. I went out to put my youngest to sleep outside in a stroller. There was a company of "mothers" with children (probably 10 people) at the pool. A boy of 4-5 years old yelled with good obscenities "Fuck..... , my arms, legs, it's cold !! ! etc. To which none of the" mothers " reacted in any way, although everyone saw that my child fell asleep ". But they were busy with cognac and beer and spoke the same language as their children. It is not clear where the management is looking. I repeat, the hotel is declared as a family hotel. The territory is very small, there is even nowhere to hide with a sleeping child, I had to go outside... (((The next day my brother arrived with his wife and 2 children (14 years and 4 months), they brought meat, because we wanted to fry a barbecue (the description of the hotel says "Barbecue place", moreover, when I I called and booked rooms, I asked if there was a brazier and if it was possible to use it, they answered yes !! ! but when our men went to kindle the brazier, the administrator girl ran out and with huge eyes began to resent "what kind of arbitrariness? what kind of arbitrariness do you have right? - the brazier is only for beauty. But our cook can fry the barbecue for you "To which our men replied, well, where will they take and meat. But again, no! Not from our meat, but from theirs. I had to fry the meat in a frying pan, which by the way, like pots, there were no bowls in our room, although the description says about a "set of dishes". True, they gave us a frying pan in the kitchen. In general, we planned to rest there from 06/14/13 to 06/17/13, but in view of all of the above, we took the money and left on 06/16/13 for another hotel, where we safely fried our remaining meat on barbecue. And one more thing about service. On the morning of 06/15/13 we came for breakfast, before that my husband and eldest daughter went and ordered an omelette and mashed potatoes. They were told to come back in 15 minutes. We came together after 15 minutes, I ordered coffee with milk. They brought me barely warm coffee WITHOUT milk, I reminded about milk. Another 10 minutes passed, I decided to drink room coffee without milk, and after another 5 minutes they brought milk. I said, no thanks anymore. What a guy. who brought the milk, did not answer and left. THANK YOU!!! ! for a HORRIBLE vacation!!!

Everything costs money (in addition to paying for accommodation), an electric kettle - 25 UAH per day, a hairdryer - too, an extra sheet - 20 UAH, etc. Beautiful, expensive, but not comfortable. We used to live in Berdyansk in hotels with smaller show-offs, but it was nice to return to them. We won’t come here again and we won’t recommend it to anyone.
