The outside of the hotel is interesting. Well designed site. But. . . the staff is not interested in the residents. There is a parking lot, but they put all the cars in a train to leave, all the residents must be gathered together (((We tried to have breakfast and lunch. In the evening we ordered breakfast at 8-00, however, at 8.00, 8.15 and there was still no breakfast. We went reminded, they brought it to 8.40 ((They thought they would fix it at lunch. They accepted the order, they said they would cover it in an hour and call. An hour passed, 1.15. Let's go, but they forgot (((They said that we still have to wait, we spat and went for lunch in another hospitable place. Cleaning there were no towels during our stay, no one changed towels. Everything costs money (in addition to paying for accommodation), an electric kettle - 25 UAH per day, a hairdryer - too, an extra sheet - 20 UAH, etc. Beautiful, expensive, but not comfortable. We used to live in Berdyansk in hotels with smaller show-offs, but it was nice to return to them. We won’t come here again and we won’t recommend it to anyone.
