You only need a passport, not expired - must be valid for 6 months from the date of departure from Turkey. They have never asked for medical insurance, but it is better to have it for ... insurance, it is issued in any insurance company in Ukraine.

There is a list dated by the state - their prices are lower than in Ukraine, the production is Turkish. There are imported ones, they are more expensive, but if it's German aspirin, it's definitely German aspirin! The prescription list is smaller than in Europe. I personally bought Turkish and German L-thyroxine for my mother, both are good, they don’t sell it without a prescription in Europe.

My daughter bought cupels of otrivin and ointment for arnica bruises. Everything is much cheaper than in Moscow. And prices are fixed. The price in lira is written directly on the packaging. Every pharmacy has the same prices. Arnica cost 24 lira like.
