take the subway. then go to Zeytinburu station, there you change to a tram and go to Eminenu. there take the bus to Eyüp

you can also take the metro directly to the Ulubatly-Topkapi station, or to Emniet-Fatih, but personally I'm not sure if the bus goes from there. Definitely walks with Eminen!
