Oksana! Istanbul is beautiful, but in Bulgaria there is something to see. Sunny Beach is a wonderful resort with wonderful sandy beaches. A 5-minute drive from it is a nice old Bulgarian town - Nessebar. You will only walk around Nessebar for two days. So it will not be boring .. Especially with "ebullient nature." As for Istanbul specifically, feel free to set aside 4 days. For the first acquaintance, more than enough. First of all, I advise you to focus on visiting the "pop" sights (Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, the Hippodrome, Istiklal), and leave the Princes' Islands "for next time" :)
