How to get from Ataturk Airport to the Asian side of Istanbul?
At 13-00 the plane arrives in Istanbul.
Divan Hotel Istanbul
What's the best way to get there?
Ideally, I would like to take a ferry: from the European part to the Asian one.
Does anyone know this area?

It will take a very long time to get there on your own (even with things!) It is best to book a transfer from the hotel or from the travel agency through which you are traveling. Take a ride on the bridge from Europe to Asia first, and then master the ferry.

Sorry, but - Tip on "-2".
Before asking a question, I reviewed many forums and sites.
And Who told you "what's up with things"?
There are very big traffic jams in Istanbul during the day.
And the easiest way is by sea. That's just - not quite figured out the points of departure.
We used to - always - stay in the Old Town. But - this time the plane in the morning from Sabiha Gokcen airport.
So the question remained open.
If anyone really knows, please write.

so I didn’t understand you from Sabina or from Ataturk ??
Ideally, take the metro at Ataturk Airport. get to Zeytinburnu station. there you change to a tram and go to the Eminonu stop or to the final Kabatas (Kabatas) from there there are ferries to Asia. from Kabatash by ferry seems to be faster, and there are fewer people there than in Eminenu.

although if you are in Kadikoy, then closer to Eminenyu. something is sailing from Besiktas too. but personally I did not try to swim from there.

From Ataturk.
And in the morning to Sabina / but everything is fine there - a free shuttle was ordered from the hotel /.

If I understand correctly, then from Ataturk - the nearest pier from which sea buses go to the Asian part is Bakirkoy / Barirkoy /.
And to which pier to take a ticket - is it BOSTANCI? KADIKOY? YENIKAPI? Not entirely clear.

Unlike you, I have not been to Istanbul - but I easily googled the website of the company that carries out these sea transportations: http://www.ido.com.tr/en/index.cfm
You will be relevant Bakırköy as a port of departure, Pendik as a port of arrival, and then walk to the place. In this case, you will have to make a transfer to Bostancı, but there is one caveat.
Convenient departures from Bakırköy to Bostanci - at 14:30 and 15:15. The journey is a little less than an hour. But from Bostanci to Pendik - only at 19:30, so the way from Bostanci to Pendik will be more convenient to do by city train.

If you have googled the IDO site then explain to me where you found the message between Bakırköy and Pendik.
There is no such thing.
Ticket from Bakırköy sold by BOSTANCI? KADIKOY? YENIKAPI?
So I ask - where to buy a ticket? Do you know the area well or did you just read in the advertisement that the hotel is located in the Pendik district?

Everything is the answer:
Kadikoy
Received a response via email.
Many thanks to everyone who replied.
After returning I will add all the routes.
Once again, a big THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!

Didn't have time to answer, it's good that you figured it out yourself. =)IDO is the most convenient carrier

helena_fortuna, Your tone is incomprehensible to me, but the details are below. :)
1. The Bakırköy-Pendik message exists as separate sea buses Bakırköy - Bostanci and Bostanci-Pendik. More details - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%B0DO#Routes, there is a direct route, but with an interesting note "Passengers must interchange in Bostancı pier", which, in fact, is the same thing.
2. And here is a curious fact. I was guided by the address of the hotel indicated in Google - Cemal Gürsel Caddesi 27, it is here: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Cemal+G%C3%BCrsel+Caddesi,+27,+Istanbul,+T %C3%BCrkiye&hl=en&ie=UTF8&sll=40.877959,29.252729&sspn=0.051853,0.132093&z=17. On the website of the hotel itself there is a map that also points to Cemal Gürsel Caddesi, but two kilometers from this place, http://www.divan.com.tr/ENG/Hotel-Destinations/Divan-Istanbul-Asia/Maps- and Directions/
If you believe this map, then the nearest port is still Pendik, but the train station is Tersane. So you can't do without clarification from the hotel staff.
Kadikoy seems to me a much less convenient transfer than Bostanci, but perhaps there is a transfer to a bus or something similar. :)

dfad1ripe - thanks for sorting it out.
I apologize.
Anetka-gan - thank you.
FOR ADMIN - today I saw on the forum that they propose to create a section
"PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN DIFFERENT CITIES OF THE WORLD".
I support!

My friends have been living in the Asian part for 15 years, so the advice is from them *) + personal experience of visiting Istanbul every year. If you want - ride public transport, the owner is a gentleman!

Hi to all,
4Moly - You are wrong.
Ironically, taxis drove from Atatuk to the hotel. It so happened that when we arrived in Ataturk, we heard an announcement that a taxi was waiting for us. It was a DOOR to DOOR Transfer. / For those who do not know - it's a cheap taxi, but - to you in the car, they can put, more people. In fact, it almost happens. I corresponded with them back in May, but then the prices on the site rose and I was not confirmed the May price. And here, still, about "traffic jams " there were many messages on the forum. and the issue was not closed. Since we were met - and the price was left in May - 38 Euros to the hotel DIVAN ISTANBUL ASIA - we took a taxi.
But ... it's been a long time. We drove 1.5 hours.
So if you are going to the Asian part:
will be faster
bus HAVAS - sea station Bakirkoy / Barirkoy /
KADIKOY marine station. And then, if you want - take a taxi. And if not - there is a light subway, buses.
I think that in the future, everyone will need this information.
