I wrote a little earlier when I was there - now I decided to paint everything in more detail, although my colleague on vacation DIV3000 described everything very correctly.
Time of visiting the hotel from 15 to 31 June 2013.
Flight - departure was supposed to take place at 6.50, but the plane broke down when they had already begun to load vacationers. (Although I specifically paid extra for Aeroflot in the hope of no delays) - we waited 5 hours for the next board to arrive.
Since there are a lot of flights in three or four, then if you find yourself in the second half of registration. Then you will almost certainly be separated by plane.
Check-in at the hotel takes 5 minutes - at the entrance you fill out a questionnaire and immediately give out the key to the room - I noticed that they prepare the whole set in advance.
Fur shop - everyone is taken to the same store - Tiger Fur. The quality is quite decent. Price - must be negotiated. If the price is reduced by less than half - turn around and leave!!! ! THIS IS NOT A JOKE - the initial bar they have is 2 times higher than at what price they will give - this is the minimum.
Hotel. The overall impression of the hotel is positive. The territory is large and beautiful and all in greenery. The receptionist spoke only English, so I don’t know anything about the language problems they have.
There is free WIFI at the reception. In rooms paid -15 euros for login and password. - I took it like for a week, but I worked all the rest.
Rooms - building 1-2 are the furthest from everything. Buildings 3 and 4 - actually go to the entrance of the restaurant and the beginning of the pool. Do not take the first floor (although they are certainly cheaper - damp, no balcony) Standard rooms - with separate two rooms. The large room has a double bed in the other two single beds. Air conditioning common when there was no heat to cope with difficulty.
A huge problem - at 6 in the morning they start to cool the dining room. Therefore, the air conditioning in the rooms practically stops working and it becomes very stuffy.
The second significant minus is that the bath is just a tile - my child (4 years old) fell there twice - then he entered the bath only by the handle. Shower - watering can under the ceiling. How to wash a child is a big problem. We solved the problem by buying a pool for $12 at a local store and bathing the kids in it. The pressure and temperature of the water changes randomly - from ice to boiling water. My grandmother had a geyser 30 years ago and the water flowed more evenly.
In general, the rooms are rather shabby - they do not pull at 5 stars at all, to be honest.
Restaurant. They clean the dishes quite quickly - there have never been blockages of dirty dishes on the tables. As for the assortment of food - by the end of the second week, of course, it becomes boring, but for 10 days of rest it will not have time to get bored. The food is standard - meat, chicken, turkey, fish.
For children, you need to look for something normal, especially at lunch and dinner - for breakfast there are 2 types of porridge and all sorts of muesli. French fries and cola are hugely popular - how can you eat this???
Regrettably, both my wife and I were poisoned, although we did not engage in gluttony, we did not eat anything exotic. Appeal to local doctors costs $ 30 - next time I will buy insurance without a deductible.
On my visit the ice cream was from 10.30 am to 9 pm.
Beach.
The beach is large with a common canopy. Places can be found around the clock. There are many cigarette butts in the sand. Although they are trying to clean them up - every morning the beach is brought to a clean state and sand is sown, but because of the disgusting vacationers who are lazy to throw a cigarette butt into the trash (they stand every 5 meters), there are a lot of cigarette butts in the sand. Why not ban smoking on the beach and pools????
Return.
On the way, they take them to a candy store. They give 20 minutes for everything, so you don’t have time to read what it all consists of - there are more chemistry in these sweets than natural products - so you can only buy praise by weight there.
